Recently renovated, historic and rustic Adirondack cabin on very quiet lake in one of the last non-touristy spots in the Adirondack Park! Little Ben is the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family. An enormous bay window opens the living room up to view of the peaceful, private lake. Since the cabin is up on a bank, you look directly onto the lake with the feeling of being at the helm of a sailing ship. You can feel the soft breezes on the the charming screened in porch. The master bedroom (king-sized bed) also overlooks Silver Lake, so you can hear gentle waves at night and the calling of the loons in the morning. Swim and canoe from your private dock. Little Ben is also available by the month or by the season (June-September).
Cabin Rental Amenities: Private shoreline and dock on a very quiet, non-motorized private lake that is surrounded by forever wild state forest. New wood stove to take the chill off of the mornings. Little Ben comes with use of canoe included in rent as well as shared use of of our swimming dock. Since the lake is private, you can get the 'back to nature feel' of being alone in the forest and on the lake. Canoe on the lake in the early morning or late evening and feel as if civilization has disappeared. A fire pit is available for small camp fires as well as a small gas grill. A very calm and tranquil, user-friendly lake! Great swimming (sandy lake bottom by the dock) , good fishing (private lake) and hiking. A real romantic get away in the north country.

Loons, herons, dock and canoe, huge window and screened porch. Fished from canoe every day, loved silence, seeing Milky Way at night, perfect for people who want to get away from it all. Loved my stay there. Will never forget sunsets, calls of loons who came right up to the dock. I enjoyed quiet talks, exciting fishing and just BEING at "Little Ben".
