Dream home

We enjoyed our stay in this fantastic home. The professionally designed décor and the fully stocked accessories made the stay very enjoyable. Loved the pool. The owners were very responsive to every concern.

Perfect!

This is a real gem. We stayed for 2 months and fell in love with it. The owners couldn't have been more delightful to work with. They have seen to every detail for your comfort and enjoyment. It exceeded our expectation in every way. It is just like the photos show. We loved how clean and fresh everything was. The pool is very private and peaceful. This is the best neighborhood for small homes in Pelican Marsh which is a fabulous location. Everything you need close by. As a bonus, this home is just a minute's drive to the clubhouse, gym and great classes offering yoga, zumba, etc. In a word - perfect!

We are semi-retired and plan to be in Naples a few times a year, when the house is not rented.

Why they chose this property

We are not strangers to Naples. My Mother and Sister have been full-time residents since the 1990's and have been in Pelican Marsh since 2000. My husband and I have rented homes in Vanderbilt Beach area and in Bonita Springs for the last 8 years and like this location and community best, so buying here was a natural choice.

What makes this property unique

This lovely well-maintained Clipper model pool home features 2 bedrooms plus a den with a very private screened lanai/pool area, tranquil landscaped views, and a quiet cul-de-sac location. Pelican Marsh is ideally located and offers its residents outstanding amenities, including up-to-date fitness facilities and one of the area's top tennis programs. For dining, shopping and culture, there is easy access to Mercato, the Waterside Shops, and Artis-Naples, home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum.
