Lodging Features: This modern single level 2-bedroom/2-bath plus office condo is located on the ground level of Fairway Nine building #M. This 1,134 square foot unit easily accommodates 4-6 people and is located directly across from the pool, hot tub and sauna in the complex. The limestone entryway has storage for your skis and boots and you then enter into the living room area with leather couches, 2 comfortable side chairs, a 39-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, I-pod docking station, gas fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck that has a table with four chairs and a gas BBQ. This area has an open floor plan with the dining area and an adjacent kitchen open to the living room. This area has beautiful wood plank floors, the dining table seats 5 in comfort with leather chairs, the living area is great for entertaining with accommodating space to relax around the gas fireplace while watching the 39 inch TV or gathering in the summer months enjoying the deck area right off the living room while looking out to the hillsides in Elkhorn. The upscale kitchen has granite counters, additional seating for 3 at the counter, high end stainless appliances including a 4-burner Kitchen Aid gas stove to accommodate the chef in all of us. All cabinets and drawers are self closing. This condo does not have A/C. This unit does not have a telephone.
Down the hall to the right is an office area with a 32-inch flat screen TV,DVD player, Ipod docking station, additional sleeping is available for two with two built in twin mattresses. Across the hall is the laundry area with a built in area that has a private washer and dryer and counter area for laundry. The Master bedroom has a King bed, window seat with hillside views and offers an en-suite bath with double vanities with white tile tops, self closing drawers and cabinets, limestone floors, and a tub/shower combo with a limestone surround and radiant-heated floors. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be bridged into a King bed, a side chair, and partial mountain views. The second bathroom is located off the hallway, just outside the guest bedroom, and has limestone floors and tub surround with a tub/shower combo and a vanity with white tile counter top and self-closing door with radiant floor heating. This condo offers private wireless internet, private washer and dryer. Outdoor parking for 2 cars is located directly below the condo with stairs leading you to the entry from the parking area.
Complex Features : Alpine Lodging is proud to present the Fairway Nine Condominiums which are located around the Robert Trent Jones golf course in Elkhorn. This is approximately eight blocks from the Dollar Lodge and there is a free shuttle bus that picks you up across the street from the entrance. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center as well as a complex summer pool, year round hot tub and sauna. The free shuttle picks up just a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort.

We are a family of 4, with two adults and two young children and stayed over the holiday.
The property is situated only a 5 minute drive from Dollar Mountain and close to the town, so overall, great location and easy access. The condo is newly remodeled with all new everything and nice furniture and obviously very clean. With 3 bedrooms and two baths, this place really has a good amount of space and all one level, which was great for a new walker in the family. Heated floors in the bathrooms are great for the cold winter weather. The brand new kitchen was super nice, well equipped for cooking and even holiday cooking at that. They had everything we needed. The fireplace is awesome for the winter months and brings a cozy feel, we used this a lot. The washer and dryer are super convenient and handy and in the hallway, so not to disturb any of the bedrooms. The foyer was great for skis, boots, and snow gear so you can allow them to dry without dragging through the condo. Beds, sheets, pillows were comfortable as well. The property mgmt company was great to work with and the process to get the keys off hours was quite simple and easy for us. We would suggest Dollar Mountain (great for kids), Bald Mountain, must see and experience is Galena Lodge (snow shoeing and cross country with a quaint lodge) and the Nordic Center for snow shoe and Sleigh Rides.
One thing to note that isn't well explained but was not concern to us...The parking is outside as stated, in a communal parking lot. So there are stairs to get to the unit (roughly 15 or so). So be prepared for this in case that might be a challenge.
Overall, great place to stay and we would absolutely stay here when we return to Sun Valley.
