Saida III 206 This is a lovely two Bedrooms /two bath condo that sleeps 6. This condo has a fabulous tropical view of the gulf and the pool! This condo has a King Size Bed in the Master, a Queen Size Bed in the Second Bedroom, as well as a Queen Size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans and enough place settings and glassware for 6. Saida III 206 also has washer/dryer, wireless internet, and comes complete with all the towels and linens.

Small non shedding well behaved dogs are allowed. Pet fee is $15.00 per day or $70.00 per week.

Saida Towers property amenities include 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, poolside bar and snack bar and of course, the beach. Saida Towers is a private, gated community and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants.

Wonderful space and awesome location--TLC needed

This was our first trip to South Padre Island. It was very easy to book the reservation and the reservation was confirmed quickly. We selected this unit over other less expensive ones because it showed better in pictures and had an ocean view. Loved the location of this condo and the easy access to the beach. Plus there was a great view of the condominium amenities and the ocean off of the balcony to enjoy with your morning coffee or evening cocktail! The unit itself was spacious enough for a small family, clean, and moderately decorated...will reconsider booking a unit that has a glass coffee table in the future. It was a better value than the available hotel rooms but not totally certain the $70 more than other available units was worth it.

The AC cooled the kitchen to the point that a long shirt or sweater was needed, while the rest of the unit was fairly warm in comparison. Multiple outlets were not functional and others barely allowed items to remain plugged in...not great when there are multiple phones, tablets, laptops etc. Being a little OCD about cleanliness it bothered me that the vacuum provided made lots of noise but barely had suction. Constantly running toilets were a bit annoying at night when interrupting sleep.

Not specific to the condo, but would recommend bringing drinking water for your coffee and food related items as the water on SPI smells and has a bad taste.

I would rebook at this particular condominium for sure and would consider this unit again if issues noted were corrected.

I wanted to follow up on some of the things you pointed out about the condo. We have adjusted the vents in the kitchen and living room so the air is not directed into the kitchen and circulates better in the condo. We have also put instructions up for the outlets and how to turn them on and off. The outlets are connected to a light switch in the living room. We have labeled and put instructions up for our guests. We have also replaced the vacuum and fixed the leak in the toilet. Again, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Beautiful Sunrise View

A very beautiful condo, home away from home, very spacious and convieneint amenities poolside Tiki bar, morning view of sunrise, close to island shops and restaurants at walking distance. Newly remodeled with freshly painted and carpeting and fully furnished with 2 bed, 2 bath, and washer and dryer and full kitchen. Relaxing atmosphere on the balcony. Enjoy the 3 pools and hot tub at walking distance to the beach. :)

Check in upon arrival at Padre Island Rentals, 3100 Padre Blvd. at the intersection of Kingfish Street. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the bridge and one block north of the Blue Marlin Supermarket on the right side of the Road. We are open 24 hours a day to serve you.

After picking up your keys and parking permit(s) you will turn left onto Padre Blvd and head south for 1 1/2 miles. The entrance to Saida Towers is on the left side of the road just south of the Isla Grande Hotel. Show your parking permit to the Guard at the entrance gate and let him/her know that you are going to Saida III. Pass thru the gate and continue straight and park as close as possible to Saida III. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. S3206 will be to your left as you exit the elevator.
