The furniture in this unit needs to be replaced. The carpeting in the bedroom is stained beyond anything that can be cleaned by a vacuum. The unit itself is clean, thanks to the housekeepers who certainly try to make up for the delapidated furnishings. The only redeeming quality of this unit is the beautiful view of the Gulf. The owners should be embarrassed to rent it out. One month of rental income would probably be enough to make the neccessary improvements. Should be 0 Stars, but the app required any entry in that field.

Great view

It is a very dated unit. The furniture is a little bit questionable. But the property maintenance employees and the staff are wonderful. It was a quite property which was wonderful. The unit has a great view.

During the summer you will get a workout going up and down the stairs because riding the elevator is like a sauna.

Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.

After checking in and receiving your parking permit (1 per condo),as you leave our front desk office make a right on Padre Blvd. and head north to the intersection of Morningside St. & Padre Blvd. turn right onto Morningside St. and go to the end of the block where Morningside St. ends at Gulf Blvd. Florence I entrance is at 5550 Gulf Blvd., there is limited covered parking, however, extra parking is available in remote lot #2 on E. Cora Lee St. or in the unmarked space provided in front the building. Take the elevators to the 7th floor, stepping off the elevators #706 will be straight ahead the last door on the left side.
