The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances offers a 2nd refrigerator in the pantry. A guest bedroom, bath, powder room, and den/bedroom are also on this level. The first floor has 2 master bedrooms, 3 guest bedrooms, 4 baths, and laundry facilities. This beautiful home offers plenty of space for the whole family and now provides a full linen package; including a bed making prior to your arrival. Wonderful vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at this house and in Wrightsville area. It is in an excellent location. The house was in good condition overall but needed the following repairs: small gas leak on kitchen stove, missing a bracket on one of the bunk bed ladders and on one of the bunk bed safety rails rendering them unsafe, and encountered several palmetto bugs inside the house.

Great Place for a Family Reunion

The property is perfectly located, easy walking access to the beach and no public parking & very minimal traffic. Easy walk into the cute downtown. Beach is lovely and busy but not overly crowded. No grill, but every other basic amenity is provided. Elevator is perfect for older guests and schlepping luggage!

Wonderful large beach home for groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this property for over 10 years so considered it our own. It has many bedrooms and is ideal for large families and groups. The elevator is so helpful! And there is an extra fridge - we call the beverage fridge. This house is not oceanfront but is very close to the ocean on a small street with fewer homes than usual. The location is wonderful - very centrally located. Please enjoy it and treat it well.
