This state-of-the-art 6 bedroom villa with 6 bathrooms is perfect for larger families, family reunions or groups of friends vacationing together. This is one luxury vacation villa in Florida that deserves its 5-star rating. This large impressive home spans over 3,000 sq ft of living area and boasts the biggest pool deck at the Seasons gated resort in Florida. There is so much space to relax wherever you want and the Southwest positioning of the large private swimming pool ensures that guests will get the maximum amount of sunshine. This beautiful home has been tastefully designed and decorated and backs out onto a beautiful preservation area. Another advantage is that there are no neighbors at the rear, which means you can splash about in the pool and make as much noise as you want on the large outdoor deck.
There are 4 larger bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite attached, meaning there’ll be no fighting over the bathrooms. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and these share a bathroom between them. Furniture in the bedrooms is minimalistic, but modern.
The sunny open kitchen is large and with modern equipment and appliances, this should be a cook’s dream if you choose to cook your own meals. It’s conveniently attached to a smaller informal dining area where a small round cast iron and glass table with 4 chairs is located for a quick snack or breakfast. There are two main living rooms, both of which have large soft sofa suites to relax on after a busy day of Florida sightseeing. The main living room is open and connects to the formal dining area which seats 6 people. There’s no need to bring anything extra with you when staying at this delightful villa as everything imaginable is provided, including bathroom towels and linen. The property managers always add a special welcoming touch and freshly cut flowers can be found in a number of vases dotted around the home on arrival.
Guests will never get bored as there’s a den that boasts a number of game consoles and games for both adults and children to enjoy. Additionally, there’s a converted games room where guests can enjoy a quick game of air hockey or pool. There are a number of flat screen TVs, cable TV, and a high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
If the villa itself is not enough, this comes with a beautiful outdoor area with a large lagoon shaped pool with an adjoining Jacuzzi that’s surrounded by a patio on one side and grass on the other. Relax by the pool on the sun loungers provided or alternatively chill out under the covered lanai, which is also the perfect place for evening socializing.
Seasons Kissimmee is a quiet resort community of 71 well maintained vacation homes and villas. It is located approximately 5 miles from Epcot in the Walt Disney World Resort. Seasons is located south of Orlando on US 192 east just behind Medieval Times and close to Wal-Mart. The local attraction Old Town Kissimmee is also located just 5 minutes away.
Other major attractions in proximity to the Seasons villas include Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. Major shopping and restaurants can be found up and down the US 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial corridor located approximately 0.9 miles away.
The resort community is well located and maintained. Many Seasons Kissimmee rentals are lakefront or water view which is always in high demand.
Seasons Kissimmee vacation rentals also offer a community playground as well as a pond/lake with walking trail.
Communication from your company was excellent. It was a breeze working with your staff. Booking was effortless and I LOVE that about your company. My rating was based on the home we selected. We've been vacationing in the Orlando area for years and unfortunately this home was disappointing. These are the issues that the owners should look into. Our stay wasn't horrible but, my group was very disappointed and this experience was not pleasant. We vote every year on properties and areas. I saw this home online and put it up for a vote and that's how it was selected. Unfortunately my group doesn't want to stay with your company again because of the home. I'm sure you have nicer homes but, this one left a sour taste in our mouth. Thanks again for what your company did in making our booking effortless. The owner may need to revamp this property for a better experience for your clientele. I have listed the issue that stood out the most. Also the home didn't have any ceiling fans. That was a disappointment. Thanks again for all your help.
The air conditioner leaked unto the downstairs hallway into the laundry room. Several of our guest slipped and fell before we realized the ceiling was leaking.
The alarm for the pool area was broken and we had to leave it on the off position. This was definitely alarming to us because we had 3 small children in out group.
The sink in my bedroom upstairs (front part of the home left of the stairs) was stopped up.
The bedroom (upstairs to left near balcony) didn't have air flow blowing at all.
The pool lights didn't work and the hot tub wasn't heated
The refrigerator and freezer doesn't get cool. I think it may be in need of repair.
The mattresses are very uncomfortable.
This home is cozy and we had a great time. The rooms where big and comfortable. Well supplied, and overall a great home. Unfortunately, the management personnel did not match the home. We first had to drive almost an hour away from the home to an office (where we were not greeted in a friendly manor) only receive an entrance code and tricked into paying, again, an insurance that was paid during the reservation time. We were told by Tammy that we needed to call the office 24 hours before checkout if we wanted to request late checkout. Saturday morning we called Tammy and requested late checkout. She told us that we could leave at 4pm and charged us for the extra time (which is fine because that's what we wanted). Only to be rudely emailed and called by Debbie on Sunday morning. She screamed through the phone demanding us to leave the property immediately and threatening us that if we didn't,mshe would charge us for an extra day. In our opinion, Debbie should have called her management office before disturbing the guest. It was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, her actions have forced us to never rent with their management company again.
