The luxury town house loacted near Disney World has just been recently decorated & re-furnished.The house is open plan and as you walk through the entrance you have a breakfast kitchen nook area with table and chairs.The kitchen then overlooks a dining area which has ample seating for six.
With the exception of a downstairs washroom, all bedrooms and bathrooms are positioned on the first floor.The master bathroom is en-suite with a shower and there is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
The house is fully equipped with everything that you require for a self catering vacation close to Disney Land.The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a variety of appliances such as microwave, dish washer, range etc.You also have your own clothes washing machine and dryer.There are two TV's in the house both served with cable, one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom. The house also had wireless internet to help keep in touch. The house has full AC & ceiling fans. The resort of Fiesta Key is very well located six miles from Disney World entrance, the resort has a club house, swimming pool & tennis courts. The resort is also gated & has excellent security. Your home is less than a one minute walk to the pool & club house. This really is a great place to vacation!

RENTAL NIGHTMARE - FIESTA KEY !!! You definitely get what you pay for with this Rental!!! Karen and Scott are Franchisees of IPG the management company and when booking these rentals you deal with Karen. The daily charges are very reasonable a night until they add on, all the other Cleaning and Administration Fees and then before you know it, what you thought was a reasonable weekly rate is increasing. On top of that if you would like your keys left for you at the rental there is an Express Check In charge or you will need to drive another 30 minutes to the Management office of IPG to sign paperwork and pick up keys. Upon arrival there the management company collects another payment for a NON REFUNDABLE DAMAGE FEE!!!!
Upon arrival my family and I walked into the townhouse before even bringing our bags in. We were appalled, the entrance mat was filthy, and hair was on comforters, sheets, couches, floors. There was a TOE NAIL on the kitchen floor!. The headboard in one of the rooms was broken and in that same room the TV was no bigger than an old computer monitor. The third bedroom didn't even have a TV. The kitchen was a whole other story. I was told we would have a starter set of supplies to get us started and for us to bring the basic essentials. When you are renting a place for a week you expect more than USED sponges and soaps!!!! There was Chick-fil-a packets for salt and pepper!!! One of the cabinets in the kitchen was broken and inside the cabinets were dirty. I know one thing is for sure I would not want to use anything that was provided in that kitchen. I do remember seeing some pans and flatware but honestly don't really remember seeing plates or glasses. I guess I was disgusted by what I did see. The 1/2 bath down stairs had a towel hanging on the towel bar to dry your hands with that had stains. Don't charge a cleaning fee if you’re not going to CLEAN! Don't charge a damage waiver to every person who rents and not fix anything!!!! The pictures shown on VRBO are very deceiving. The Community is run down; lake had trash in it, entrance to rental needs work, rental itself is not worth the money!! I did speak with president of IPG who was extremely nice and concerned, he said that this was not typical of IPG and that Karen and Scott were Franchisees of IPG and the situation would be looked into.
This was our first time renting a VRBO and it was very positive. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and in a pretty good location. We would stay here again, or recommend to friends. It was nice having three bedrooms upstairs and the family room and kitchen downstairs. It gave us plenty of room for our family of 6. We also appreciated the 2 and a half baths. The kitchen provided everything we needed for preparing meals and it was convenient having a washer and dryer.
Poinciana provides a good "back road" route to Disney World, as well as Universal (although that's further away). There were a couple of very minor "wear and tear" items we reported, but the main reason we went with a four-star review instead of five was the reports from our kids that their beds weren't very comfortable. (Although they were tired enough after trekking around the parks all day that it didn't keep them from sleeping.)
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation to the East Coast, thanks in part to this VRBO.
