The main reason I picked this location was the private pool and spa. However, there was an option to purchase heat for the pool but when I asked for this service that I was willing to pay for, staff became argumentative with me stating it would take two days for the pool to heat up. When I called to purchase the heat, the person that showed up appeared in the back yard and was starring through the patio doors, not once did he introduce himself, he just starred as if I knew who he was. I was not dressed for the day. When I stepped out to talk to him, he stated I heard you had a problem with the pool. I stated I never had a problem with the pool, I just purchased the heat and wanted the pool heat turned on. He became very confrontational, rude, and unprofessional. I then realized the pool heat didn't work. Even after he left and I spoke to the front desk personnel who stated he would be back out to turn on the pool heat, it never occurred and my credit card was charged. I requested the charge be taken off my account. When I first arrived to the location, there was a pair of disposable gloves on the ground and a band aid wrapper. There were ants in the kitchen, bathrooms, and the master bedroom night stand. The sink in the master bedroom on the right side did not drain. The pans were not clean, meaning there was still food stuck on them and the area where the pots and pans were kept was unclean. There was not any toilet tissue or paper towel or dish washing liquid. So be prepared to purchase all of those items. The fence outside was leaning as if it will fall at any time.
