The Apartment

Very nice apartment in a great location!

There are many good reviews of this apartment and we agree with all the positive things that were said! Stojadin was helpful and one of the best parts was relaxing on the balcony after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was quiet despite being close to a major street. We traveled by train and the apartment was easily accessible using the 13A bus from the main train station and google maps for navigating the last few blocks. We used the U3 Subway for access to the tourist spots downtown. Other things that worked well for us were the Big Bus Hop on/off tour, and Rick Steves Vienna. Restaurant highlights in the neighborhood were:

A nice stay in Vienna

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need and the view over the south of Vienna from the sunny terrace is an added bonus. The property is just minutes from an underground station that will take you anywhere in the city or a pleasant walk will take you to the centre of Vienna or to the Naschmarkt. The bars and restaurants of Neubau and Mariahilf are also very close by.

We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Vienna in the future.

Almost Perfect

The Penthouse was lovely and the owner is very accommodating, meeting us at the appointed time and offering help and advice about the city.

It seems like it is a way outside the city, but that is misleading. We strolled to the museum quarter on the ringstrasse on the first night without it feeling like a long walk and the underground system is quick and relatively inexpensive.

The only issue we had was the lack of a shower which for my wife who has long hair was more of an issue than for me.

Everything else is great the views from the balcony are lovely and you can see the hills. The supermarket is very close by and everything you need is in the apartment.

When we come back to Vienna we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was in a perfect location; one block from the grocery store and two blocks from the underground trains.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Our host was very helpful, even providing us with pick up and back to the airport.

Excellent location, great host and a beautiful apartment with a large balcony

The apartment was very central, in the district where all the main shops are yet on a quiet street so no noise at night. It was also close to the art galleries, near the food market, we were able to walk to every district by foot. I was greeted by the host outside the apartment who was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and modern, very clean with a beautiful balcony and great views of the city. What more could you want! Next time we come back i would be more than happy to stay here again :)

Nice stay in comfortable apt

We spent 5 days in Vienna and enjoyed our stay at this apt. Stojadin met us outside the door as we had arranged and he was available during our stay when we had questions. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has a view of the rooftops of Vienna. The location was good, in that there is a grocery store nearby, and many restaurants and shopping on the main street. There is also a subway stop right around the corner that took us easily to all the places we wanted to visit.

The apartment is a comfortable space, and had most of what we needed. WIFI is good, and it was nice to have the windows to the deck to see the city. I was disappointed in the kitchen equipment and supplies as there were no spices whatsoever, and the utensils and pans were very limited (no spatulas or other small items to make cooking easier). The bathroom was fine, but the shower was a hand held wand without a place to secure it on the wall, just a small inconvenience. All in all the apartment was fine, but just felt kind of neglected as if not being maintained. I didn't feel it quite met up to the expectation based on the listing.
