We travel to Miami are 2 or 3 times a year and have tried unsuccessfully to find a rental that we love, until now! We spent 4 weeks in this apartment and will most definitely rebook when we return to Miami. Very clean and well maintained; contains everything you need to feel at home, right down to beach towels! Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Quality front load washer and dryer. TV has lots of dish channels for watching sports, etc. beautiful location. Although the complex is older this apartment is brand new top to bottom inside. The owner was immediately responsive whenever we had a question. Quiet neighborhood on a busy street located between Cocowalk and Sunset Place, so less than 5 minutes to dozens of restaurants, movie theaters, groceries, boutiques, parks, etc. Also close/convenient drive to several beaches. Includes 1 parking spot directly at front door, free parking steps away on the street.
Although we saw the pictures of the condo before we booked we were delighted with what we saw when we arrived. This is a lovely two bed, two bath place just across the street from Biscayne Bay. The flowers and plants around the neighborhood were beautiful and there were lots of places to walk. It's about 3 miles to Coconut Grove. The condo was very clean and the furnishings very comfy. We did a lot of cooking in the galley kitchen and found it fit all needs-has just about everything you need. The patio really was enjoyable, good size with a patio set and Adirondack chairs. We brought a portable grill and used it a lot. The street is a busy one, lots of traffic, both cars and pedestrians. There were two of us staying there but we had a lot of family visiting over the month. Everyone remarked about the great apartment and how lucky we were to have found it. Best of all was meeting the owner. She was so helpful and always responsive when we had questions. She's a terrific landlord! We're ready to book it again. We recommend it to anyone who wants a place in Coral Gables.
Everything about our stay was perfect, the condo was just as described if not better. Our arrival was hassle-free, the manager was welcoming, very helpful and always easily accessible during our stay. The condo is lovely, well appointed, nicely decorated, well cared for, and stocked with everything you might need. The TVs are flat screen HD TV's and the internet/Wi-Fi works great. The layout of the house is great and the dining room and family room offer plenty of seating for four guests.
We found the location had easy access to the freeway, airport, local shopping, Miracle Mile, restaurants, UM, Coconut Grove and Sunset. The grounds are lovely, we enjoyed daily walks to the park for our baby to play and it is just two blocks away with trees for shade. I highly recommend this unit to everyone looking for a "home" away from home. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.
