Architect's Own Family Home With Lots Of Amenities - So Close To Beach

This one of a kind home with its open and airy feeling not only has lots of glass, but open loft & balcony spaces, architectural stairways, and high sloped cathedral ceilings making your vacation in this home a unique experience. The house is fully air-conditioned with three large bedrooms (two sleep 4 each), architectural stairway, balconies and high sloping cathedral ceilings throughout the home. The house is fully air-conditioned with three large bedrooms with sleeping for up to 8 (ten) persons family style, plus a loft study-bedroom and three full baths. One of the bedrooms is the private large master bedroom suite with built in wall mounted TV, cabinets, high vaulted ceilings and a newly renovated extra large en-suite fully tiled bath, jacuzzi tub, his and her's vanities with a fully tiled shower. The long driveway and side parking area is perfect for multiple family use. Large grass areas with unique tropical landscaped are ready for use for children playing. Young families please note we provide a crib, mattress, sheets and Pac 'n' Play.

About Peter Zorzi

This is a new rental. Our family has lived here and significantly remodeled this home over that last 10 years. We originate from Western Massachusetts where our family operates a successful architectural design firm and we have years of experience in the art of renovating properties for all uses. We own and operate other waterfront rental properties on Cape Cod as well as in South West Florida and have had additional rental property in St. Croix, USVI for many years.

Why Peter Zorzi chose Tigertail Beach

There is no question that our purchase was influenced greatly by the design of the home, the extensive landscaped site but mostly by its close proximity to the Tigertail Beach Park. We enjoy our walks on the beach, the natural wildlife, bringing our grand-kids to playground and of course the crescent ocean beach. So we knew others would love this easily accessible feature of our home which very few homes in Marco enjoy. Additionally this property is personally overseen by its Owners, and day to day managed by an experienced local professional realty rental co. for the benefit of our tenants.

What makes this house unique

We believe this home has so much to offer, from its unique beautiful contemporary architecture (so different from other Marco homes) to the vaulted sloped ceilings, balconies, loft spaces, large bedrooms and nearby beach access. The home sits on one of the largest sites in the area and supports a wonderful sampling of numerous S.W. Florida species of plants and trees.

The rear of the home is directly on the salt water with opportunities to see Dolphins and other natural wildlife. Since the property was purchased it has undergone many updates & renovations including a new pool, new lanai, new outdoor kitchen, newly added office space.

At Tigertail Beach, there is a playground for children, volleyball, cabana and boat rentals, restrooms, and you can get sandwiches, soda, and ice cream at the snack shop. The house is only a block from the Tigertail Beach Park entrance. Enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach in the morning, or see the beautiful sunsets from the beach. A quiet location with little traffic it is still close to shops, restaurants, groceries, golfing, tennis, sports rentals, marinas, and charter fishing.

Excellent Home & Excellent Vacation

Our family spent the last week in April relaxing on Marco Island. We were fortunate to come upon this beautiful home and also had the pleasure to meet the owners while we were there. We arrived late and they were kind enough to stop in ahead of time and leave some lights on for us as well as set the air conditioning to a comfortable level. That made a great beginning for our trip. We were all like children as we walked around to each room in the house. There are so many separate spaces where you can entertain together or step off on your own and read a book. It's great how the bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out. Everyone has their own little space which would make this house great for a few couples, a large or extended family, a girls weekend, two families. The owners have a crib, car seats, and a booster seat which makes traveling with small children much easier. We are big runners, walkers, and bike riders so we were pleased to wake up to five great bikes in very good condition, so off we went. So much to see and explore. It's a great and very safe Island to run, walk, or bike around and it's all so beautiful. Access to the beach is just a short walk over the bridge. Once you get there though, be prepared as the walk to the Gulf is probably another 1/2 mile walk from the parking lot. For those who don't want to walk so far, there is a lagoon with beach, beach rentals, and a beach café. I would encourage folks to explore though because this house is on the "less developed" end of the beach so it's a beautiful walk. If I had it my way, I would stay at home every evening and cook in the beautiful, well appointed kitchen or cook outside in the lanai kitchen with built in grill. Combined with ample seating, a hot tub, and a heated pool, it's truly a place you don't want to leave. But some of the folks with me like to go out to dinner so we hit a few of the restaurants (we like to stay outside) so we hit CJ's on the Bay at the Esplanda (quick bike ride away) , the Sunset Café and Grill in the Apollo Condos south on Collier, and Quinn's Restaurant I believe in the Hilton (S.Collier). Other than that, we hit the Winn Dixie grocery store or the Publix grocery store (both bike rides away) for groceries and had most of our meals at home out on the beautiful lanai. The sun shines most of the day on the back side of the house and when the lanai gets shady, you can go down onto the dock where the sun will continue to shine the rest of the day.

Home away from home!

My husband and I, along with our three teenage children spent a week visiting Marco Island. The home was perfect!! It had all the comforts of home and everything we needed to enjoy our week. There were four bikes available which was awesome for riding around the island and was a great surprise since we were planning on renting some for the week. We did very little cooking while we were there, but the kitchen was stocked with everything we would have needed to make dinners and there was a grill outside on the lanai. The outside patio was one of our favorite places - so nice with the pool/hot tub, dining table and lounge chairs. We even saw a few dolphins swim into the canal which was a huge treat for us!! There were plenty of towels and blankets for the cooler nights. There were also lawn chairs, light beach umbrella, coolers, and pool toys that were available for use.

The owners, Peter and Madeline, stopped by to see how everything was and they are lovely people!! They were so genuine and I felt they really cared about our stay and that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best stay we could.

My family ranked this as one of their best, relaxing vacations and I believe the home we rented had a lot to do with that. The kids felt more at home and the privacy on the patio was wonderful. It was so nice to "come home" after a day at the beach or an excursion and be able to relax and spread out without being on top of each other.

I would highly recommend renting this home for your future vacation. Not only does it have so much to avoid overpacking or buying things once you arrive, the location is perfect!! So close to Tigertail Beach and the main strip, yet back just enough that it's peaceful and quiet!

Exceptional Experience!!

Even with the great pics and description on line, there is no way to appreciate this house till you arrive. Beautiful open feeling, incredible furnishings for comfort and design. Lanai with Hot Tub and pool and great water view kept us outside day and night :) Tiger Tail beach is an experience like no other---you have to google earth it to appreciate it if you've not been there...and its a 3 minute walk!!

Marco beach house

We enjoyed a great week at this home on the water, and about 1 block from Tigertail beach. Pool and hot tub were easy to use. Very clean. description was completely accurate. We hope to stay again.

great place for a family stay

The property was perfect for our family stay. It was clean and well maintained. The layout worked well for our family. Would have liked a better outdoor grill. Having a pac n play and crib and booster seat for the table worked out very well. Thank you for being so welcoming for the young children in our family.

Owner's Response: We always appreciate hearing from the many families who stay in our home. Not sure how we could have a better outdoor grille, its a Jenn-Aire downdraft state of the art double burner grill on the Lanai. We do love knowing the younger kids are having so much fun in the pool and spa. Its so close to the beach and park it makes life a lot easier on the parents. Glad they had a great time. Hope to see them again.

Great house, proximity to the beach was a plus, very quiet neighborhood, the hot tub was particularly appreciated. My only complaint, and a minor one, was that the house lacks good reading lamps.
