This one of a kind home with its open and airy feeling not only has lots of glass but open loft & balcony spaces, architectural stairways,and high sloped cathedral ceilings making living in this home a unique experience. The house is fully air-conditioned with three large bedrooms, architectural stairways, balconies and high sloping cathedral ceilings throughout the home. The house is fully air-conditioned with three large bedrooms with sleeping for up to 8 (ten) persons family style, plus a loft study-bedroom and three full baths. One of the bedrooms is the private large master bedroom suite with high vaulted ceilings and a newly renovated extra large en-suite fully tiled bath, jacuzzi tub, his and her's vanities with a fully tiled shower. The long driveway and side parking area is perfect for multiple family use. Large grass areas are well landscaped and ready for use for children playing. Young families note we provide a crib, mattress, sheets and Pac 'n' Play.
This is a new rental. Our family has lived here and significantly remodeled this home over that last 10 years. We originate from Western Massachusetts where our family operates a successful architectural design firm and we have years of experience in the art of renovating properties for all uses. We own and operate other waterfront rental properties on Cape Cod as well as in South West Florida and have had additional rental property in St. Croix, USVI.

There is no question that our purchase was influenced greatly by the design of the home, the extensive landscaped site but mostly by its close proximity to the Tigertail Beach Park. We enjoy our walks on the beach, the natural wildlife, bringing our grand-kids to playground and of course the crescent ocean beach. So we knew others would love this easily accessible feature of our home which very few homes in Marco enjoy. Additionally this property is personally overseen by its Owners, and day to day managed by an experienced local professional realty rental co. for the benefit of our tenants.
We believe this home has so much to offer, from its unique beautiful contemporary architecture (so different from other Marco homes) to the vaulted sloped ceilings, balconies, loft spaces, large bedrooms and nearby beach access. The home sits on one of the largest sites in the area and supports a wonderful sampling of numerous S.W. Florida species of plants and trees.
The rear of the home is directly on the salt water with opportunities to see Dolphins and other natural wildlife. Since the property was purchased it has undergone many updates & renovations including a new pool, new lanai, new outdoor kitchen, newly added office space.
We enjoyed a great week at this home on the water, and about 1 block from Tigertail beach. Pool and hot tub were easy to use. Very clean. description was completely accurate. We hope to stay again.
The property was perfect for our family stay. It was clean and well maintained. The layout worked well for our family. Would have liked a better outdoor grill. Having a pac n play and crib and booster seat for the table worked out very well. Thank you for being so welcoming for the young children in our family.
Great house, proximity to the beach was a plus, very quiet neighborhood, the hot tub was particularly appreciated. My only complaint, and a minor one, was that the house lacks good reading lamps.
I found this home on homeaway which sent me to REMAX Affinity real estate company. The salesperson I dealt with was great. The home is on the canal which the rear of the home gets all kinds of sunlight all day long. Very quiet community. extremely short walk to Tiger Tail beach. Had the pleasre of meeting the owners who were awesome people and very helpful with telling us about town. The house was clean and very very comfortable. If you want to just have a relaxing beach vacation this is your spot. We had four adults 1 teen 1 todler and 4 between 5 and 11. it was more then enough room for all of us. it was a blast and we plan on a return trip next season. The weather was great.
This home is absolutely beautiful and certainly exceed our expectations being better than advertized. The close proximity to the 'Tigertail Beach Park' is a definite plus and saved us a lot of walking. It is a very comfortable residence with large open spaces, high ceilings and interesting lofts, which give it a special feeling I have rarely experience in a private home. We found the home clean and well maintained. It's long driveway easily parked our three cars leaving plenty of room for the kids to play. The home sits on a large lot, well landscaped with all sorts of tropical species, a delight for us to view daily. The Kitchen is well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Basically we lived outdoors in the beautiful weather each day enjoying the sunny lanai, heated pool, waterfall spa and outdoor cooking grill, which came in handy for our numerous outdoor dinners. One bath is located right off the pool for easy showering etc. The Living room has large leather reclining section sofa type seating with water vistas as well. The home also has three air conditioning systems and controls allowing for temperature variations in these areas, something the our older folks appreciated. My dad loved the first floor office space with it's WiFi that allowed him to keep in touch with his business. The kids also enjoyed the internet access with photos going to all of their friends. The master bedroom with its awesome bath & balcony and water vistas was a special treat for me. The boys used the rear deck for fishing and the dock came in handy when they decided to rent a boat and take some family members to an Island beach. I shall not forget our morning walks and shelling on the beach or our ritual evening wine salutes to the gorgeous Gulf sunsets. This location is perfect in a low density upscale neighborhood and within walking distance to Starbucks, The Esplanade and other wonderful shopping areas. Even with our large family we had plenty of space in this home. What perfect escape from the cold weather up north. The younger kids spent hours at the Beach Park (when not in the pool) on the children's playground which is well equipped and maintained and also had a convenient snack bar for lunches. We cannot wait to return, we want to thank the Owners and Property Manager for the opportunity to stay in this special home and their attention to our needs. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the residence and
we certainly look forward to our return next year.
At Tigertail Beach, there is a playground for children, volleyball, cabana and boat rentals, restrooms, and you can get sandwiches, soda, and ice cream at the snack shop. The house is only a block from the Tigertail Beach Park entrance. Enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach in the morning, or see the beautiful sunsets from the beach. A quiet location with little traffic it is still close to shops, restaurants, groceries, golfing, tennis, sports rentals, marinas, and charter fishing.
