A Real Home! - Luxury in the Right Location, Near Disney

The perfect location for your Disney adventure or if you just want to relax away from the crowds ..... there's everything you need at the house and the stores and restaurants are all close by ( don't miss Twistee Treat Ice Cream !)...... but i can best sum up how good this house is in that it feels like home !!

Chris and Elaine are wonderful hosts and the management company are there if you need them ...... a special place

We absolutely loved our stay in this family home which was in a great location for all the parks and local amenities. It had everything we needed and there were clear instructions found within on how to use everything. We were first time visitors to Florida and the information booklet that the owners had put together provided invaluable information about everything we needed to know, including restaurants, maps, directions etc. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. Our daughters absolutely loved it, especially after a long day at the parks! We had late changes in our flight times which were out with our control and the owner Chris was very understanding about this and all other queries that we had. We would definitely recommend this home to any of our family and friends planning on visiting Orlando.

Everything you want and more .... located close to Rte 192 with lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive , and if you want to be more frugal and eat home then there are groceries close by and the kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need ... the house is completely equipped , more so than any other vacation home we have been in . If you're new to the area check the white binder ( near the front door) where Chris and Elaine have included all kinds of tips and notes of what's available close by and in the Disney area . Lastly but saving the best for last is a delightful backyard and pool , with carefully planted shrubs and palms that create a beautiful oasis of calm . You will love this place !

Another excellent stay at Chris and Elaine's lovely home, house was lovely very clean and welcoming . Pool was excellent struggled to get my son out it to go to the parks. hopefully be back to stay soon .

Have just returned from my 2nd visit to this fabulous villa and again had a brilliant time. The villa is in a great location on a quiet community which itself is located just 10 minutes drive from Disney's World Drive which accesses all the Disney parks. SeaWorld, Aquatica and Universal's parks are all conveniently reached by the I4 which is just a bit further on from Disney. The villa is well appointed, clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need whilst staying there as well as extra's like a games room, great home entertainment system and a bigger than normal pool with spacious deck, ample furniture and privacy screening, which makes this such a great place to return to after long days spent in the theme parks. There are Walmart and Publix stores within a few minutes drive of the villa and an incredible choice of eateries along the 192 Highway. Chris and Elaine are so helpful with all the details of renting their villa and have some great local information. I hope to be returning again in 2019 and would definitely recommend this property to all.
