Newly renovated and furnished as of December 2013 my newest listing on Venice Beach is in the middle of all the fun that Venice Beach and LA have to offer but still in a very secure, quiet and super convenient location. It is bright and clean with no clutter and has everything you might need. I have another apartment down the street - please read the review - listing number is 515054. The apartment has 2 large bed rooms and a pull out sofa in the living area. The kitchen has Cesat Stone counter tops, all appliances you might need and is full equipped. The bath room has a shower tub. There is a private deck with gas BBQ and a washer/dryer on site. The apartment comes with one parking spot and a second spot can be arranged.
You can also rent the other 2 bedroom one bath in the same building and sleep 6 more people. If you have still more people to sleep there is also a studio available.
Just a little about me: I grew up in Germany and moved to NY to study film. A project require the relocation to California in 1999 and I fell in love with the state. Having the experience from another successful vacation rental down the street for 5 years now this location is perfect. It is smack in the center of it all but very safe and quiet at the same time.
It is clean, modern and not cluttered. The furnishings have a simple, contemporary feel. There is lots of light and air.
What I - and my husband - loved about the apartment from the first showing was the great layout of the large bedrooms and the spacious living area with the open kitchen, dinning and direct access to the outdoor deck and BBQ. It's perfect for a gathering with family or friend, having dinner watch a movie or simply relax and hang out after a busy day of having fun in the neighborhood.
We loved our stay in this unit! Definitely our best experience on Airbnb thus far. The place very clean & tidy, which is very important to us as a family. The owner has put a lot of thought into what his guests may need to make their stay really enjoyable & comfortable. The effort was much appreciated & noticed! Thank you!! The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels for both the beach & bathing, there a change of linen for the beds etc. The little garden area was great for the kids! Marcus was so efficient in getting back to my messages & the communication was fantastic! On arrival, the procedure was sent to us in such detail, it was such a pleasure!! All the necessary 'house info' was there & I didn't have to contact Marcus once during our stay. I HIGHLY recommend this unit! Thanks so much Marcus!
So close to the beach and everything else. We went to Venice to all the shops and Santa Monica pier with our three little kids, we had a blast! We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!!!
We came for a long weekend. The location of the condo was great for enjoying the ocean and the canals!

Spent Christmas week here with my family. There were five of us and we had plenty of room. We all really appreciated the fireplace since the weather was cold and rainy for three days. Location can't be beat. Close to everything. Had a wonderful time and will be back next time we visit my son in Los Angeles.
This place is in a prime location in Venice Beach. Basically a 2 min walk to the sand and ocean, if at all, and close to awesome restaurants/coffee places like Cow's End and C&O Trattoria. There is space for 2 cars in the garage and there is an amazing private patio space. The apt is very comfortable with a ample living/kitchen space, 2 good size bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. Maria was readily available during the reservation process and during our stay. I would recommend this apt to anyone coming to LA and would definitely stay here again.
My stay was not for a vacation. My husband had hip replacement surgery in Northern California, where we live. 2 weeks later, my daughter had kidney surgery in Southern California, where she lives. I needed a place that I could take care of them both and would also allow me to bring my 14 year old dog. This place was great! Steps to the boardwalk where I could walk my dog (and husband) and plenty of restaurants, shops and markets. The unit was nicely furnished and stocked with essentials. I hope to come back and stay under better circumstances. Thank you, Maria. You helped make a very trying time much easier!
We spent the Thanksgiving holiday in this Venice Beach townhouse. It is steps away from the beach and a great walking/bike-riding promenade. It was so nice to be able to come and go from the beach and not have to worry about parking. The townhouse itself was comfortable for 4 of us and well equipped for meals at home. The Venice Beach location was also close to Santa Monica, the Getty, and other major LA sights. We would definitely stay here again.
This apartment is in the perfect location for people that want to be in the middle of it all but enjoy a quiet home away from home. It's a couple of hundred feet of Venice beach and Venice pier, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, all sorts of beach activities and of course LA's #1 tourist attraction: the Venice boardwalk.
If you have business in town the 90 freeway is 5 minutes away and connects directly with the 405. Santa Monica with main st., Santa Monica place shopping and 3rd st promenade shopping is 5 minutes away by car. Abbot kinney blvd - the new hot spot for cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping in Venice is right around the corner. All major museums and concert halls like Disney or the Getty are easily reachable. There is so much to do for all kind of tastes it's too much to list.
If you can think about it you can probably find it in the greater Los Angeles region . If you have specific wishes or needs please let me know at the time of booking - I'll try to accommodate you as much as possible.

In order to make a reservation, I require a 50% down payment upon booking to reserve the property. Your deposit will hold the dates you have chosen for the property. The balance on all rentals is due on or prior to check in.
A refundable security deposit is required on most rentals if you don't purchase the insurance protection.
