About Zoe Tsakonas
I am born and raised in Montreal...a true Montrealer at heart! I absolutely love exploring and discovering my city and new neighborhoods. I enjoy walking especially on Mont Royal (our Central Park) and around some of our iconic neighbourhoods Le Plateau Mont Royal, Old Montreal, Westmount to name a few. Enjoy discovering new eateries, bakeries and coffee shops. Would love to help you with great suggestions to almost anything regarding Montreal and can recommend some neat road trips not to far from here as well. Please do not hesitate to ask. Enjoy very much helping guests and travelers make the best of their stay and visit to Montreal.
Zoe Tsakonas purchased this House in 2006
Why Zoe Tsakonas chose Côte-Des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-De-Grâce
I have lived in NDG for 30 years and absolutely adore this neighbourhood and as well this house. I love all the pretty tree lined streets with huge mature trees that look different every season. The trees add so much character and beauty as do all of the century old homes to this very unique neighbourhood. They have so much charm and are all architecturally unique and built with such detail. I just love old neighborhoods. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do even if it is only for a few days! The neighborhood is filled with parks, cafes, restos, different ethic type eateries and bakeries, banks, steps to mass transit, bicycle paths, grocery stores and so much more all within minutes, steps and walking distance from my house. Great safe and quiet neighborhood to take long or short walks in.
What makes this House unique
Century old Craftsman style house. No lane therefore much more private, safer and quiet. From the master bedroom looking out two large windows the view of the beautiful trees and the moon it's quiet pretty and not to mention the summer breeze that flows through the room. As well the moon lights simply lights up the room. The very large and bright kitchen with cathedral style windows is another unique feature of the house. There are patio doors that lead to the deck from the kitchen. The kitchen is exceptionally ideal for cooking and hosting large family dinners and entertaining. I hope you enjoy it as well.

We love it every time
Zoe is an absolute pleasure. She is responsive, helpful and keeps the house in great shape. Clean, great location, and comes with a parking spot, which everyone in Montreal knows is a real coup! Nice, large kitchen for cooking and eating, bedrooms are comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers!
Very spacious nice home in great neighborhood

This is a great location, plenty of restaurants close by and a short ride to everything!
Girls Trip to Montreal
We loved our stay here! Zoe met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. The house was cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Zoe also gave us instructions on the bus and metro systems, as well as ideas for restaurants. Beyond that, she was available to answer questions via text....and we had a lot of questions!! We made breakfast in the lovely kitchen each morning. Everything we needed was there!! We had a great time in Montreal and we would recommend Zoe’s home highly.
