My family came into town to see the Opry and check out Nashville. The property was perfectly located right in the heart of downtown. Check in was easy, the room and furnishings looked very nice, could have had a better vacuum though, and a coffee grinder. There was enough room for the six of us. The sleeper in the living room was decent for a sleeper. Overall 4.8 stars and would stay with Stay Alfred again in the future.
Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

This unit was in a great location. Walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. However, the state of the building in the hallways etc. were very poor. It definitely needed a vacuuming and good cleaning. The unit itself was set up well and had lots of room. Beds were comfortable. Needs a good cleaning as the baseboards were disgusting, floors seemed sticky, inside of microwave was dirty and behind the toilet was dirty. Cleaning seemed like a quick fluff and buff before next renters arrived. Dirty coffee filter was found in the coffee machine. Note that the ONLY window that opened was a sliding door in one bedroom. It would have been nice to be able to get fresh air and for safety measures have other windows open. Also, the blinds in the bedrooms are white, letting in the morning sun. Don't expect to sleep past 7 AM! Room darkening blinds are definitely needed. If you fly out later in the day, there is nowhere at this building to leave your luggage. Be prepared to get creative or return to the airport early. This unit is right by the garage chute, so the hallway smells really bad and you will be woken up when garbage is disposed of!
Check in was a bit awkward. Lock box was not on door and had to get concierge of the condo to let us in. He said this was a common issue. Unit it located about a ten minute walk from all the action in Nashville. Unit was quiet.
Building is very nice in general. Only complaint would be shower curtain needs replaced and they very nicely leave you ground coffee but no filters.
Big box decorating. Very comfy beds. Not the cleanest. Great location-close to Ryman.

Nicely decorated apartment. Perfect space for 4 people. Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant is about 1 block away, and it is a neat place to eat. We were about 5 blocks from downtown, and we easily walked from the apartment. Everything was just as we expected. We would definitely stay here again!
