My family came into town to see the Opry and check out Nashville. The property was perfectly located right in the heart of downtown. Check in was easy, the room and furnishings looked very nice, could have had a better vacuum though, and a coffee grinder. There was enough room for the six of us. The sleeper in the living room was decent for a sleeper. Overall 4.8 stars and would stay with Stay Alfred again in the future.
Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Nicely decorated apartment. Perfect space for 4 people. Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant is about 1 block away, and it is a neat place to eat. We were about 5 blocks from downtown, and we easily walked from the apartment. Everything was just as we expected. We would definitely stay here again!
The location was great, very handy for walking around . Easy checking in and getting around. The building has a great lounge area as well as a very good fitness facility The accommodation had all the necessary things you would want in a vacation rental. Lots of construction going on in the area , so you do get noise. The only negatives I would have, the queen bed in the second bedroom is not very comfortable, and there was a very strong bleach smell when we arrived, I know this means it had been cleaned but not a very please odor for the first ight.
This was my 3rd time to Nashville and what a blast!! The Cumberland is the perfect condo to rent as they are spacious, remodeled, quiet, walk everywhere except the Grand Old Opry. I love the 24 hr staff at the Cumberland too! They have gas fire pits and grills outside, pool table, shuffleboard I think, beautifully decorated, and parking if you rent a car (but you don't need one). REMEMBER you need to book the Ryman & Grand Old Opry months in advance, so worth it no matter who is performing. My sister and I took my Mom for her 70th birthday and also another friend went with us. Go to Skulls for the best Lobster Bisque soup ever, I just lover their ambiance and its in Printers Alley that has some history! I also love George Jones restaurant for their chicken tenders, the best and I thought Hattie B's was the best! Stay at the Cumberland!!!!!!!
This location is perfect, grocery up the street, Walgreens around the corner, free bus stop on the corner and best of all 2 short blocks from Broadway. The accommodations are very comfortable and accommodated the 4 of us perfectly and the concierge staff at the Cumberland were pleasant and very helpful... We had much fun!
