The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s delight featuring granite counters and top quality appliances. The large peninsula with its stylish high stools is a focal point for the whole family.
The master bedroom is furnished with a 4-poster bed, TV, and a dedicated work space. The modern en-suite bathroom has a double sink and a shower stall with floor-to-ceiling glass wall. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Villa Sol-Mar offers you a variety of outdoor experiences…from al fresco pool-side dining to immersing yourself in a lush tropical garden. The pool is ideally situated on the south-facing side of Villa Sol-Mar with just enough shade from the mango trees and palm trees to take a break from the sun when you want to. The large patio surrounding the pool has a dining table at one end with comfortable seating for 6 and 3 lounge chairs alongside the pool. Even on rainy days you can sit outside on the love seat under the covered section of the patio.There is a propane Weber grill on the patio.

Great property full of amenity.

This property contains everything you could possibly need for a great stay. From great pool and relaxing areas through to bicycles and beach chairs. Literally every angle catered for. The hosts are attentive and responsive when needed, not that we had any cause to call upon them for any negative reasons. The house is located in an area of West Palm Beach that is clearly going through transition and may not suit all if there's a need to be closer to the action or in the posher end of town, so check out where you want to be before booking. However, everywhere is easily accessible by car/cab and the house literally offers a virtual oasis where you can lose yourself in a state of relaxed bliss. Great value for money and a real home from home.

Great house for a stay in West Palm Beach

Driving into the neighborhood for our stay, we were initially skeptical of the location. Any concerns we may have had were soon dispelled. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The kitchen/dining/living area is specious and comfortable. The master bedroom and bath were nice. The real jewel of the house is the backyard and pool. The house was everything we were hoping for and definitely would stay here again.

Lovely interior with amazing back yard

It was a pleasure to spend a week in this beautifully decorated and spotless home — and that’s what it felt like, a home & not just a rental house. The rear yard is a tropical paradise. And something most rentals lack: a garage. Susan was very responsive to our inquiries & provided a perfect vacation retreat.

Claude and I live most of the year in Montreal. We decided to buy a second home in West Palm Beach. As a professional designer, I laid out a vision for how I wanted our vacation home to look . Claude, an engineer, set up the plan. Together, we created Villa Sol-Mar.

Why they chose this property

Claudio and I chose Villa Sol-Mar, because of its perfect location, great layout of the rooms, and the huge garden. It is close to everything. The garden is our private botanical garden, ever evolving as we add or change the plants, and the look of the flower beds. We added a heated salt water pool and patio, and it hardly made a dent to the immensity of the garden. We felt that everything about Villa Sol-Mar would make it very attractive to travelers. Claude and I both travel extensively and we are keenly aware of how even the smallest details can shape an impression or experience. Having decided to offer Villa Sol-Mar for vacation rentals, we knew that the details would make the difference between guests returning or not. That is why we pay particular attention to how our guests' experience unfolds... from the moment they drive up the circular driveway, open the front door, and right up to moment when they jump in the pool. At the end of our guests' travels, Villa Sol-Mar is where you kick back and exhale.
