Innkeepers Georg and Angela bring a diverse background to the Bed and Breakfast business, with education and career experience ranging from digital marketing and international relations to teaching and midwifery. Having successfully run other businesses, we decided to try our hand at innkeeping and moved from sunny California to beautiful Massachusetts, bringing our our enthusiasm and penchant for change to the Old Mill Inn, as well as our enjoyment for interacting with the public and our pride in providing excellent customer service. If you have stayed at the Old Mill Inn before, we invite you to come back and see the changes we have made to this lovely, historical building.

Delightful old grist mill renovated to accommodate guestrooms and suites. Nicely appointed suite with full kitchen and large bathroom. The non-stop waterfall outside the bedroom can be soothing to some. Off the beaten path but worth the drive for the fabulous breakfast provided by Georg and the fresh eggs from the chickens in the backyard.
It has taken me a couple of days to write this review because it is hard putting into words my feelings of our stay at the Old Mill Inn. When we decided to take our vacation to Massachusetts and go to the Brimfield Flea Market we looked for a place that would be a perfect fit for us. I searched thru VRBO and as soon as I came across the Old Mill Inn, I knew instantly that this was the one and I booked it immediately because I wanted to make sure that it didn't get away from us. As soon as we pulled up to the Inn, I was in love! We stayed in the Hatfield suite and the minute we walked into it we felt at home. Our suite is on the main floor, so our door opened up to the deck overlooking the falls. After a day of shopping the Brimfield Flea Market, it was very relaxing to sit out there with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet of the night. Apparently they have been going thru a drought, so the falls weren't flowing very much, but that did not stop us from enjoying them nightly. Now let’s talk about the wonderful staff and the outstanding breakfasts that we enjoyed every morning! They went well and above to make sure that our stay was wonderful and memorable. If we needed something they were right on it and made sure that we got it as quickly as they could for us. The food was incredible and the presentation was always very nice. They made us feel like we were family and when we go back to the east coast for vacation; you can guarantee that we will be staying at the Old Mill Inn!
