We are an adventurous family and have had the privilege of being able to travel and live in many interesting countries. We would like to use this experience to improve on our villa and offer a good quality holiday house for many families to enjoy.

Michelle Ubsdell, Property Manager purchased this villa in 2013

Why Michelle Ubsdell, Property Manager chose Fish Hoek

It is a unique house with loads of space and truly spectacular views. Situated in the charming Fish Hoek village with all necessary amenities close by. A home that may be enjoyed by any generation.

Another wonderful attraction are the whales, at times they come so close that you can actually hear them breathing.

What makes this villa unique

Easy access to beaches, many water sports, mountains, wine farms, and breathtaking drives to popular sightseeing venues.

After long busy days on the beach or touring the beautiful Cape, it is wonderful to curl up on the couch with a book or just simply soak up the views of the fabulous bay.

It's a home that caters to the needs of the whole family.

Our time spent at the villa has always been blessed and we hope you have a wonderful visit.

Seaview in every window and sea life abounds

  • 5 of 5

As an Australian family travelling to see Capetown, we were so lucky to find this amazing home. Set-up high with commanding views of the sea and opposite coast line visible all the time from the living spaces and bedrooms. Yet, you are so close to the water that with the balcony doors slid back the intoxicating sounds of the sea become part of every moment of the day and evening. Just terrific. The house is solid, kid friendly and no-fuss with lots of light. Quiet bedrooms are separated downstairs from the living area. The main living space is all on one floor with a choice of spaces for family members to have their own quiet time. when friends arrive the space opens out to the private pool and BBQ area creating a perfect entertaining area with pool and view.

We had 4 terrific weeks here in what was a brilliant, memorable holiday. It couldn't have been better and we would return anytime in a heartbeat - summer or winter.

Owner's Response: We are really thankful when our guests take the time to comment on our holiday home and certainly from your eloquent review, you were able to appreciate all that Cape-x-ta-sea has to offer, which is very pleasing for us. The house has an amazing living area for entertainment, but as you pointed out the bedrooms are on a separate floor and are very quiet & private. Yes the views are marvellous and it's such a privilege being able to appreciate them from every room. We are delighted your stay was memorable and we look forward to your next visit.

Incredible location and very comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

What a great place to accommodate a large family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The living areas are large and open-plan. But the most impressive aspect is the view. From almost every window you can see the sea. Incredible! Management and cleaning staff are efficient and friendly. Don't look further than this property - you won't regret it!

Lovely stunning views

  • 5 of 5

The property was stunning, spacious with great views. There is huge attention to detail and each room had lovely linen and accessories. The property is exceptionally well maintained-there was an easy to read "what to do list" in the kitchen, not too many instructions which made us feel right at home. If there is load shedding there is a gas hob and gas braai in the pool area, so you can still cook and boil the kettle! The manager was friendly and quick to respond to emails. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives but am not sure if I would take my children-it is far too nice! We also cooked a wonderful dinner and ate at the extended dining room table which has a fantastic view of False Bay.We used the train to get to Muizenburg, ate at the Brass Bell, visited the Cape point Vineyards in Noordhoek which has a fabulous Food Market on a Thursday evening from 16h30 until 20h30. We also took a Surf Lesson in Muizenburg from the Surf Shack. All in all a wonderful weekend away!

chilled holiday house with best views

  • 5 of 5

The outdoor patio is a great place to sit, chill, braai and have a drink while taking in the breath taking views of the false bay coast line.

All rooms had on suit bathrooms a plus factor when traveling with a large family or group of friends.

The living space has ample room to allow every guest to enjoy their own piece of the bay.

The floor to ceiling windows allow for the beautiful views and smells of the ocean to enchant the senses and excite the imagination.

Thank you for a great stay we will definitely be back

Outstanding house for your Fish Hoek stay!

  • 5 of 5

Clean, comfortable, updated, spacious house with an outstanding view of Fish Hoek and False Bay. My sister's family and mine enjoyed every day of our 8 day stay. We didn't feel they lacked anything. Easy walking access to the beach via the Catwalk, indoor pool which the children loved when we returned home. Spacious and well equipped kitchen, sufficient sitting areas and bathrooms for 2 families. We hope to return soon!
