Be amazed! Great views both inside and out! Newly remodeled home with a cabin touch on the outside and a unique modern touch on the inside.
Shoreline Way is a privately owned cabin with private boat dock. The property abuts the Beaver Lake shoreline, an amenity of itself! The home features a wraparound porch with access from master bath, master bedroom, living room, dining, and kitchen. In fact, the sliding glass doors throughout the house open to an amazing lake view and koi pond with pleasant sounds of running water. The home was designed to increase the expanse of the space by opening the sliding doors in both living room and kitchen. This works well for entertaining or if you would like to co-mingle the outdoor deck with the indoor space, giving ample flow for all occupants. The desk has steps that also flow well into the back yard. Perfect for gatherings, birthday parties, weddings or barbecue. (See photos)
The private boat dock has tow slips for your boat and features three kayaks, two sit on top and one sit inside, complete with paddles and life vests for both children and adults. (See photo of morning fog rolling off water, view of one of the kayaks on the shoreline) Bring your boat to dock during your stay or rent one. (We can supply you with contacts for boat rentals.) Fishing poles & tackle are available for your use on the boat dock, or bring your own.
As you drive up to the property you will notice the private dock situated on Beaver Lake to the left with beautiful limestone rocks in the background, absolutely breathtaking! Before entering the home, you’re already reminded to give your worries to the stars, upon the view of its beautifully adorned celestial artwork on the front door. Or if you’re a business traveler, this is the perfect home to distress after a long day of meetings!
The living room furniture consists of a sectional with chaise lounge and two modern leather reclining chairs. This is where the components are housed for the entertainment needs of the home, including outdoor deck speakers. It is here where you can connect: IPhone/IPod, watch movies, or cable on a 55” flat screen TV. The home is equipped for your Wi-Fi needs. Turn on the tunes and bask in the view of Beaver Lake and the backyard from the living room sliders.
Just around the corner is the fully equipped modern kitchen with up to date modern appliances. Granite counter tops that wrap around the prep and cooking area, a gem for any seasoned cook! Seated around the counter tops are red leather bar stools, perfect for those that like to chat with the cook or help out with prep work. The master bath has a luxurious spa like feel; you may very well want to spend much time here! Owners, Ticon and Devon, met ten years ago at a friends get together and have not been apart since. Both growing up in Fayetteville and Texas, owning the Shoreline Way home for several years. 'It is an amazing place to be and the second you get there you are in a different world. You forget about the outside.'
We love animals and the outdoors, especially those together.
We have been all over Arkansas. Our favorite areas are in Newton County. There are all kinds of amazing places in the National Forest. There is also Slaughter Pens mountain biking park in Bentonville, which is awesome, and also Hobbs National Park which has mountain biking, hiking, and a shooting range. There are lots of skate parks and disc golf courses as well and even dog parks. The Crystal Bridges 900 million dollar art museum is a must see for any traveler!
We love Arkansas because its the natural state and everywhere you go you see trees, greengage, and life.
Devon or Ticon Storay purchased this house in 2008
We bought this house because the second we saw where it sat, we knew it was for us. It is perfect for YOU!
When we first bought the home, it was a rustic cabin. We added some modern touches in a major overhaul and now we have what you see in the pictures today. Most of all the artwork is from a local Fayetteville artist, Matt Miller. His artwork is dreamy and places you in a magical place. All of the artwork is full of exotic colors and shapes, creating a feeling of being a portal from another realm. We also have several large mineral specimens which add to the feel of the rooms.
The house is stocked with high tech appliances that include cabinet front double dishwasher, automatic soap dispensing laundry machines, 8 shower head digital Kohler shower with digital water temperature controls, computers with every TV that allow for whatever internet streaming source you use, a two person Jacuzzi tub, an alkaline water filter, convection stove which boils water in 90 seconds.
The themes of the rooms are earthy with native stone rock floors and dark brown earth colors. These features go well with the Matt Miller artwork, bringing the outdoor and indoor qualities together as one.
The master bed has a cozy suite feel with an extra large bathroom just a few steps away. Both master bed and bath present a calm and relaxing feeling. The guest bed is funky, made to give an exciting and different feel.
Our favorite spot is outside on the decks where we can enjoy the amazing Beaver Lake surroundings.
The house has 80 foot cliffs across from its dock which provide amazing scenery. And neighbors are barely visible. The neighborhood is also amazingly friendly and the neighbors would go out of their way for anybody. The boat dock is the furthest south on the lake and has no sight of any other docks, giving it an amazing feel of isolation.
The best of both worlds, country life with city access. This house is unique because of its proximity to Fayetteville and Springdale and its remote feeling location. Once at the house you forget that you are only 30 minutes from all the amenities you would want and feel like you are isolated in nature.
The house was fantastic for our family get together. It was very modern, peaceful, and the perfect set-up for a beautiful weekend at the lake. We spent almost the entire time outside on the deck, but enjoyed watching football on the big screen and cooking in the very nice kitchen.
It was a super place to stay.
We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this lovely home. Everything was beautifully appointed, well-labeled and well-stocked. Beds & linens were very comfortable. There is a beautiful "costa rican" flair to the decor. Showers/bathrooms also AMAZING! We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the back porch ~ the birds and a few deer were our daily visitors. Only drawbacks ~ Due to the remote location, we were unable to access wifi on our phones or on our computers (which is both a "pro" & a "con"). We also had spotty mobile phone service (we use AT&T as our carrier). My husband had to go outside to connect to friends in the city. Lastly, we were unable to utilize the lake dock & water sports due to the low lake water level (mother nature's responsibility). We love the remote location which gave us full view of the night sky FILLED with stars (no light pollution). This is also, however, why we would not recommend trying to find this lovely remote lake cabin at night. You might miss it. We hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!
Perfect place for some quality family time. The house is perfect. The lake access is perfect. We enjoyed the kayaks everyday. We intend to come back often!
We came in to stay for 4 nights and wish it could have been longer! You won't want to miss the back porch! It is a large stone porch with an amazing peaceful view. The house is roomy and definitely has all of the modern touches you could want! Well equipped with necessities and bonus things like bikes and kayaks! We enjoyed our stay here so much!
This home is very well appointed for a quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The property is nestled in a group of trees by lake. It was only the two of us but would be great for a family. I spent every afternoon napping in the hammock on the deck with the wind keeping it cool and the sound of the nearby koi pond bubbling. I was a little sad the lake was down and the dock was a little grounded. It appears it can be adjusted to be over the water. The large windows at the back of the house brought the view of the expansive backyard inside. A mother deer and her babies nibbled in the backyard. Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, Rogers, and marinas were very close. We rented a pontoon boat from Sharkey's Marina outside Eureka Springs on Beaver Lake for half a day and tooled around the beautiful lake. Ryan patiently educated my hubby on maneuvering the boat. The owner of this home was awesome and answered questions very quickly. You can't go wrong with this home. I will happily return.
The home was beautifully decorated and has all the top of the line appliances. The showers and Jacuzzi were amazing. Home was clean and well maintained. Plenty of dishes, plates, silverware and variety of pots and pans are available for use. We also enjoyed the alkaline water tap. The wrap around deck is beautiful and the fish pond is a nice feature. The only down side was that grill was not operational, ignition button was broken as was middle grill plate. It looked like grill had not been used recently as it was rusty and not clean. Also, dock needs some attention, trash can on dock was overflowing and wasps were bad around dock area.
This property is located between Goshen and Sonora with a Fayetteville address. The home is 39 miles to Eureka Springs, 16 miles to downtown Fayetteville, 17 miles to downtown Springdale, 27 miles to downtown Rogers, 35 miles to downtown Bentonville. If you click on the Map tab at the top of the listing you can see the area of the home and zoom out to see surrounding areas. Offering all Fayetteville, Springdale, and Eureka Springs can offer with an amazingly peaceful and serene lodging experience, this house is perfect for you. The Walton art center, Razorback Hogs football, basketball and baseball teams, music concerts, or just family holidays this house is where you want to spend your time. Bentonville and Rogers are fairly close and offer such amenities as the Crystal Bridges Museum of american art. And if you do not feel like doing much this quiet neighborhood with amazing views and seclusion will fit you just right as well.
