Built in 1893, The Maritime building was recently fully renovated and converted into upscale residences. As the first skyscraper in New Orleans, the building is now on the National Register of Historic Places. During the renovation, traditional elements were preserved, giving this property both old and new charm. |

Your condo features an open concept floorplan with large windows which make the space feel open and airy. The light, coffee colored bamboo floors, from the living room to the bedroom, glisten in the windows' light. The kitchen is stunning, with dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is sure to make meal prep a treat. |

This two bedroom, two bath condo offers a king size bed, queen size bed, and queen size pull-out sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Huge, sliding bamboo walls divide each bedroom from the living room. The master suite features a private bathroom. And the second full bathroom guarantees nobody's sleep or privacy will be disturbed. |

Beware - Not the Unit Pictured

The 2-bedroom unit MA2 pictured in all Stay Alfred sites was NOT the unit I was put in. My unit was much smaller, did not have bay windows and the layout was different. One bedroom did not have en suite bath as pictured - bath was off of the living area. Bedrooms were so small you could barely move around the bed. I felt very deceived by the pictures. Unit was fairly clean but could be better maintained. Many light bulbs burned out. Not enough towels supplied. Unit faces another building across an alley and is extremely noisy - garbage collection at 4-5 am every day.

Maritime is in a great location with good amenities. Concierge staff very friendly and helpful.

However, I would not rent again because of the deception. Do not display photos that are clearly not the unit being rented.

Great way to experience NOLA!!

Can't say enough good things about this stay . . .

Rental process - easy. Directions, parking, keys, everything was super simple. The building door guys were very welcoming and helpful too.

Apartment - fabulous. Decor is gorgeous, has all the amenities you could need. Quiet, spacious, very comfortable for 2 couples.

Location - perfect. Just a couple mins walk to Bourbon St.

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was definitely a key part of the experience. Thank you!

Very nice place with a great location. No issues getting the keys and access. The door men were great. This was perfect for a family or friends who want to stay together yet have a little space. The place was clean and description accurate.

The condo was really. It is much small then it appears in the photos. (The condo and the pool.)

The condo is visually beautiful. We had 5 in the condo and it was tight but comfortable. The check in and out was easy. The gentleman at the front desk where friendly and very helpful with information about restaurants and walking directions.

We did feel that the condo needed to have a better cleaning company. We found hair everywhere, dust on the lighting, cobwebs, the floors needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The bathroom mirrors were smeared. There was also a stain on the bedding. We had an issues with the tub not draining. There is an iron and ironing board but they are not fuctional and at the cost for the unit they could be up graded. In the master bedroom the mattress needs to be flipped or replace.

Every week day morning around 4:00 a.m. we were awakened with the loud noise's from the delivery trucks.

All in all The condo is in a great location. The ladies in our group agreed for the price we would stay with home way again in the future.

Great space and great location!

This space was perfect for our trip! While we didn't spend mych time inside, we did spend almost every night aafter returning from our events and sightseeing!
