A private condo to enjoy on the quiet side of Westwood. Walking distance to major transportation hubs, short hop to the freeways and beach, and central to all Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Santa Monica venues. It comfortably fits two on a queen size bed and up to four comfortably. Enjoy the amenities!

Avoid most of LA traffic by being north of the 10 freeway and east of the 405 freeway (anyone traveling in LA knows that going 3 miles at the wrong time of day can take more time than walking!).

Gated, 24-hour secure entry via keypad and key required for all guests.

Guests have access to all amenities (spa, sauna, pool, gym), subject to the posted hours.

Easy access to all major bus lines. Street parking available or private parking available for an additional fee.

Quiet and clean. Perfect for the parents visiting their children that want to save on a rental car. Perfect for the foreign guest that is visiting UCLA. Perfect for a professor or student working on a fellowship or project.

L'appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille. On peut se rendre à pied à l'épicerie. La cour intérieure avec piscine permet de se détendre après une journée de visite intense.
