Occupancy will be reduced to 9 persons starting January 1st, 2017 per new City of Anaheim vacation rental ordinance.

Newly remodeled in April 2015 - Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed and decorated THREE bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland’s trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.

This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.

We have paid a lot of attention in selecting top quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful chandeliers provide radiant light.

Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.

Second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.

Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom) with close access to hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kids bedroom, second bedroom, dining room and both patios.

Kitchen is fully equipment with all the modern conveniences of home.

Washer and dryer is available downstairs inside the house.

High speed internet and cable TV with the extended channels is available.

We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

Close for walking is the only benefit

While the place is very close to downtown Disney, there were many many issues. It is falling apart. The photos are accurate but once you are there you’ll realize how old this place really is. Below is a summary of the problems we experienced that made for a terrible time at the condo. Having stayed at other condos in the development, I know these are unique to this unit.

1. When we arrived, the upstairs hall toilet would not flush. We realized there was no water in the bowl. I turned the water on and as the bowl filled up, the water streamed out. I sent him a photo and turned the water off. He said it was fixed. We returned after leaving for the evening and I again turned on the water to a stream leaking from the toilet. I sent him another photo and a video. The toilet had to be replaced so we were down a bathroom for a day. Very inconvenient

2. The same night, we noticed the fridge leaking water. I again alerted him and he sent someone out to fix it. Carlos came out and worked for a few min on the ice dispenser and left saying it was fixed. A day later, it was leaking again.

3. The beds upstairs are VERY uncomfortable. The non master queen is just a foam topper on two box springs. This is not an acceptable bed. You should go to Costco and buy the bed in a box. It’s inexpensive and comfortable. Worth the 300-400 bucks.

4. Exterior maintenance crews are working non stop and are very loud

Great Location!

The location & condo did not disappoint! It is right across the street from the parking lot. We walked back & forth several times a day with a stroller. We had 6 adults and a baby (2 to each bedroom) and enjoyed having use of a kitchen. It'a a great value considering how much the Disney hotels charge! Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal property for Disneyland!

I don’t know if you could possibly get closer to Disneyland without staying in one of the hotels. 5 minutes to Downtown Disney, 10 more or so to the park entrances, even with a stroller. The house itself was ideal for our needs, the bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. I was in the children’s room and the lower bunk is perfectly fine for a single adult. The other two rooms were nicely sized, and the bathroom I used had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Downstairs there was more than enough room for all of us to lounge, and the kitchen allowed us to make our own meals. We spoke with the property manager but never met him, but he provided us with everything necessary for our stay. Including instructions for our 3 cars. One parking space was a little far, but we did request it last minute due to a change. However, being where we were, we really didn’t need to move the cards until the end of the stay. It’s a comfortable condo, well located for the park and provides pretty much everything you could look for.
