Sea Palms E3 is a delightful condominium set in the Sea Palms development, perched above the Caribbean Sea in an open garden setting. The 1st floor (American 2nd floor) apartment offers three bedrooms, and overlooks the swimming pool gardens and Caribbean Sea from the balcony and two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom looks over the quiet gardens. The rooms offer twin beds in two rooms and a king side bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, while the other two rooms share a bathroom in the corridor.

The apartment offers an open plan living and dining room, which looks out over the gardens and the sea. A fully equipped kitchen is present, there are laundry facilities available inside the apartment and secured parking is a few steps away from your front door.

The private balcony offers comfortable loungers for relaxing and a table for outdoor dining, all overlooking the gardens, swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea.

Why Laurence (Owner) chose Jamaica

It is a convenient location from which to explore the Island. A relaxing place to spend the warm days comfortably by the seaside.

The cheerful and welcoming housekeeper, Pat, will greet you on arrival and take care of your cooking, cleaning and laundry needs throughout the stay.

There is a 24 hour guard service stationed at the entrance gate. the guards are friendly and helpful and an office is also present at the entrance (open in the day).

What makes this apartment unique

Guests have access the gardens, swimming pool and swimming cove. Complimentary parking is also readily available and close to the building.

Pat will happily go grocery shopping with you and will cook you some delicious Jamaican dishes while you are here.

Pat will arrange a time to arrive in the mornings that is convenient for you. She will provide as little or as much assistance as you prefer during your stay. Please let her know if you have any specific instructions to make your stay more comfortable. You’re rate already includes the services of the housekeeper.

We are also happy to accept your grocery shopping list in advance so that the apartment can be stocked to your preferences on arrival.

Lovely apartment on the coast

This three bedroom apartment was spacious, with a wonderful shaded lanai overlooking the ocean. Comfortable beds and private baths were nice for our family of four. Pool was very clean and refreshing, and location good for exploring Dunn's River Falls and Blue Mountains. Housekeeper Ms. Pat fixed lovely meals, and guided us through the local market for delicious mangos, papayas, and pineapples. Don't miss dinner in the beach st Bamboo Blu just west of town - bring a suit to swim then enjoy food and drinks.

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 days and it was breath taking views. Ms.Pat was awesome her food is amazing. Apartment was clean, nice decor, I felt safe there. The only 3 things I had a problem with was the guest bathroom flushing was an issue, there wasn't a "beach" where u can walk right up to the sand and no air conditioning in the living room. But overall it really was a nice condo/apartment and you get an immaculate cook/housekeeper.....We love her

The property was magical! Beautiful sea views and wonderful sea breeze! Perfect balcony spacious!

Very comfortable living spaces, perfect for gatherings or privacy. We visit Jamaica frequently and this villa is the best we've stayed in. Pat was so sweet and hardworking! We wanted to take her home with us! Everything you need in a vacation, beautiful sea views, relaxing waves, great pool, superb landscaping, AND air-conditioning worked! Short walking distance to grocery and restaurants, secured and safe. Small updates would bring it from a 9/10 to a 10/10....I will be back! Thank you Laurence and Pat!
