Dimitris purchased this apartment in 1989
Nice house in a quiet surroundings, everything is clean, perfect airconditioning plant, wonderful views to the sea from the balcony and even inside the house if the entry door is open!
Warm welcome by the owner who is discreet but near, if you need him.
The Island is fabiolous with it's oleander everywhere, different landscapes and reams of beaches for every taste!
Phenomenon: Near Argostoli the sea water is running into the earth and the force of the water is turning one wooded mill. The sea water travelling for 14 days under the island is appeared in an underground lake name Melissani near Sami and then the water is coming out and running into the sea in the nearby village of Karavomilos, near Sami, and it also turning one wooded mill. The running water into the sea in Karavomilos is brackish, because the sea water during its trip is mixed with fresh water from the mount Ainos.
