Important information on the current rental situation due to COVID-19



Our comfortable bungalow is located in a quiet but central area in the 600 block of 94th Avenue North in the North of Naples. From there, it is only a short walk or 3 minutes by car until you reach the mile-long stretch of white sand at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

The living area (approx. 1,700 sq. ft) has been refurnished in September/ October 2011 to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay in our house. A beautifully decorated living space with lovely, carefully selected accessories and modern furniture provide an atmosphere which makes you feel at home.

The master bedroom with adjacent bathroom and large walk-in closet, is furnished with an incredibly comfortable king-size bed, complemented by a flatscreen TV and a radio for more modern comforts. You will also find two guestrooms with a shared bathroom. One of which has two single beds and a walk-in closet, the other has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, as well as direct access to the roofed veranda.

An open kitchen with two black marble countertops connects a dining area and a modern living space where you can just have a good time. The appliances at your disposal include: a glass ceramic stovetop, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc. – everything the heart and palate desire.

In the dining area, there's room for 10 people at the large table. You will also find enough flatware, glassware and cutlery for all of your guests. This is truly a place for fine dining and fine conversation, or, to combine them both, fine entertaining. And the dining area has direct access to the covered veranda.

The living room is set up as a comfort zone. Sofas, cable TV with a 60’’ flat screen, DVD player, a radio, CD player, etc. are an invitation for you to relax, sit back, rest your soul and let your stress just slip away.

Right off the living room is a small, open lounge, where you can read, surf the net, meditate or take a catnap, in partial isolation from the goings-on in the rest of the house. Sit back and get comfortable in the lounge chairs, gaze out the window at the backyard (which you can also reach through a sliding door). You can also check your e-mail or get the latest news from the Internet on your laptop at the small desk nestled in the corner. (Internet flat rate and WiFi included.)

Sheets and towels are provided, and there is a washing machine and a dryer as well for your convenience.

Of course, the house has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.

The 1/4 acre property gives you plenty of space to enjoy yourself outside as well. The backyard, with its trees, bushes and lawn, is love at first sight for anyone who appreciates a well-tended and spacious yard. Whether on the covered and screened-in patio or on the lawn, lounge chairs and other patio furniture leave you no choice but to relax and enjoy the nature around you. Of course, the backyard is also the ideal spot for a barbecue! And the propane grill is already there as well!

A large 2-car garage with automatic garage-door opener offers enough space for two cars. The driveway fits two more cars or a trailer/boat combo.

Enjoy your vacation in our newly furnished bungalow, barbecue on the veranda, and let the idyllic setting and peaceful surroundings inspire you. Go for a bike ride, or a stroll down to the beach. Go dolphin watching or enjoy a romantic evening with a fantastic sunset over the sea.

Vacation in paradise, and you will surely want to return.
