This exquisite residence has had new travertine flooring added throughout in spring 2015, and features 4 king master suites. The children’s room can sleep 7 with a full-over-full and a twin-over-twin bunk bed which also have trundle beds beneath.

This impeccable unit has over 5000 square feet of total indoor and outdoor living space on 2 floors with 2 separate entrances. The first floor is situated at 27 feet of elevation, looking through and over the lake preserve towards the dunes and beach in the distance, and includes the living, dining, kitchen, bar entertainment area, and 2 king bedroom suites with private bath and walk in closet.

The second floor is at nearly 40 feet of elevation and includes the huge and luxurious master suite which occupies about half of the second floor, and is appointed with a large king bed, a living area with gorgeous south view, desk, beautifully furnished private balcony, large walk-in closet, and huge master bath. Also on the second floor is the 4th King suite, kid's room, and the media room.

Very convenient parking is cool and covered and is directly adjacent to elevators up to the unit.

Nice private beach area

The beach at Santa Rosa was extraordinary. It was not nearly as crowded as the beaches further east on 30A near Seacrest and Rosemary. And having the dedicated chairs and umbrellas with condo was wonderful. The beach attendant had them ready and tagged for us each day. The condo building was not crowded... plenty of parking and room around the beautiful pools. The condo itself is spacious, but definitely shows signs of heavy use. The nice Viking stove was very dirty. The floors looked as if they had not been mopped in weeks - our feet were black after walking on them. Previous people had just thrown sand covered toys and supplies in the area behind the bar so that area was very messy. One of the bathrooms on the main level had black mold on the ceiling above the shower and the shower was moldy and musty. I would have loved to have swept and cleaned the floors from all the sand, but even though there were brooms in the closet, there was no dust pan and the vacuum didn't do well on the marble floors. I would just try to sweep the sand into a pile in the corner, but a dry and damp swiffer would have been helpful. And since there was no place to leave your additional beach chairs and bags, we were constantly bringing in sand (even after rinsing them by the pool area). And the view from the main floor is now obstructed by shrubs and trees so you can only see the water (even the lake) from the 2nd floor master suite. And with no ceiling fans on the outdoor patios, it made it very difficult to sit out there in the heat. I also wish that someone had blown/swept off the patios since they too had lots of sand on them. We did have a leak in the ceiling, but the owners were very responsive and sent someone to look at it very quickly. The maintenance man was extremely helpful and the leak appeared to be from a neighboring unit and was only temporary... we didn't have any more problems. Cell service in the condo was virtually nonexistent and the WiFi kept going out - we had to keep rebooting the router. Also the phones in the condo with a land line didn't work, so we had to walk outside (best out the front door) to make a phone call. All in all, for the price as compared to other places at the beach that accommodates that many people, the unit is nice. I just wish it had been in better condition.

We do regret the lower level view being obscured, however, the property owners are not allowed to remove the vegetation area as it is federally protected. Excellent accommodations, spacious 5 bedrooms, with ensuite washrooms, tvs and a great media room for family tv watching. Beautiful view from the master bedroom. Lovely pools, hot tubs, bbqs and fireplaces on property. Had access to two kayaks and two paddle boards. Cycling trails right outside front door. Good 24 hour round the clock security. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect home for a large group. Amazing property with fantastic amenities!

We loved everything about this property! With 5 bedrooms and a large media room there was more then enough space for our group to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was so much storage space for beach toys, bags, etc. . The large bar area with ice machine was fantastic for extra hangout space and filling coolers for the beach. The views of the lake and ocean were gorgeous, especially from the 2nd floor master balcony. Truly, everything in this home was well thought out and perfect for vacationing! We loved Santa Rosa Beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas included with our stay were a fantastic bonus! All the staff on property were very kind and accommodating. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wait until you walk through the!

You definitely can’t judge a book by its cover and this is definitely the case here - the condo from the outside looks very simple from the outside. But when you open the door on the first floor, you see through the foyer a very spacious place where a family of up to 16(8 couples, 2 Teenagers or single people, and 6 or 7 kids)could sleep comfortably! There’s 5,000 square feet of space but it seems like more and the kitchen is top of the line gourmet stainless with views to die for! We will definitely be coming back !
