Gorgeous property, perfectly located, steps from Jaffa road and only a 10 minute walk to Geula.

This apartment is our favorite. Plenty of room to relax on one of the porches or in the vast living room. The furniture is all high quality and very comfortable. The two bathrooms are spacious with great shower pressure and luxurious. Everything you need is stocked in the apartment plus much more.

We stayed for a very hot week and the AC worked great. When it was time to sleep it was so easy falling asleep. Each room has great beds and lots of sunlight, and tons of closet space.

The kitchen is perfect. It’s well stocked and easy to use. Anything you may need is there (besides Starbucks). This was our third stay and we love it more each time we come.

1ST OFF THE owner Mr Alan, treated us like his own family though out the whole experience ... apartment is a modern luxurious apartment in the heart of Jerusalem ... better then the presidental suite in any of the besat hotels in israel !!!! i am so thankfull to have come across this apartment and the owner , a trully great experience !!!! cant wait to go back !!!!

Wonderful place!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Alan's place. It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It was very clean and everything we could have possibly needed was there. We especially appreciated the "extras" like welcoming us with fruits, drinks, etc., the ability to use the iPhones, and the fact that if we forgot basics like toothpaste, shampoo, etc, it was available.

We will definitely book this apartment again and look forward to it. Thank you Alan!

Incredible apartment , location and host in Jerusalem

It is no wonder why Alan C. Continues to get 5 star ratings for his Jerusalem apartment! The apartment is gorgeous; large, comfortable, beautifully designed and furnished and stocked with everything one may need. From a welcome basket of wine, fruits, chocolate, milk, juice to thr drawers filled with paper goods for entertaining, you've got it all. And the underground parking is a real bonus, as well as the great gym! Can't wait to return !!!

Excellent location, Fabulous apartment

We just had the privilege to stay at this wonderful apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was excellent, and the apartment had many amenities and was very pleasant to stay in. There were lots of little extras that helped make our stay much easier and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels, dishes, paper goods and utensils. Alan was a very friendly and cordial host. I would love to stay again when we visit next year.

Beautiful convenient apartment

This is a beautiful unit in a brand new building.

The furniture was comfortable and modern.

The location truly was walking distance to everything in the center of Jerusalem: Zion Square, Ben Yehuda St., the Old City via the Mamilla Mall. There was someone from management to meet us, and when there was a problem with the hot water, it was taken care of immediately.

One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms doubles as a TV room and has a sofa bed, which wasn't clear, to me, from the listing. That room does not have a dresser or closet. The bed itself was comfortable, but did have to be closed each day if anyone wanted to watch TV.

I would certainly recommend this to any group of several people looking for a great space in Jerusalem, and would be happy to return to it if I'm fortunate to visit again.

The owner, Alan, was easy to make arrangements with in advance, and checked several times to be sure everything was OK. He invited us to stop by and meet him, but time was too short.
