A GREAT Suite with Ownership that cares!

This is a great property with ownership that really cares about your experience. It is usually far more economical than staying in a hotel, and the location simply cannot be beat. Chicago Premier Suites will always be our first choice for a place to stay when visiting Chicago!

Absolutely one of the best experiences ever!

Great location, and generally just an absolute pleasure to be staying at the condo's owned by CPS. I want to personally thank Jean Coatar, as she was one of sweetest and the kindest person to speak to, and went out of her way to help me and my guests. Thank you Jean, for making my guests and I so happy. I will go beyond to make sure all my guests pick your company/units in the future as I'm sure they'll have the best experience in Chicago while staying with properties owned by CPS.

Great location!

We visited Chicago for Spring break to see Hamilton and sightsee the city. This apartment was in a great location for easy access to Navy Pier, shops, restaurants, and the theater where Hamilton was playing. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable in each bedroom. The property rental company was great about providing directions and check-in information. And overall the place was very nice.

A few things have me rating this as a four star instead of five:

There's a futon mattress available for the living room, but the sheets don't fit on it well. The hairdryer in the 2nd bathroom didn't work. The ceiling in the shower of the guest bathroom is peeling and needs some repair work, and the shower makes a high pitch whine when it's on. Also, there was construction work going on in the building starting at 9 a.m. for a few mornings. My kids brought swimsuits to use the pool, but it is drained until summer and the workout facility is only for adults, 18 or over.

Those were minor drawbacks, otherwise the property met all of our needs.

This is always great to hear. We do appreciate you giving us constructive feedback. Often times it is difficult for our team to catch everything during our preparation checklist stage. Since your stay, we had the ceiling in the guest bathroom repainted and had the hair dryer replaced in this respective bathroom. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Next time you stay with us, please let us know if there are issues that need to be resolved during your stay. We do keep extra supplies in stock and can usually address most issues the same day. As for the construction work, being a residential building over 10 years old, from time to time units are upgraded. The noise is usually minimal and construction is only allowed between 8 am -5 pm during the week. Construction work is not allowed on weekends. Regarding the rules for the fitness facility, the Building Management suggests 18 & older (for children’s safety). However responsible children under 18 are allowed with adult supervision. Our 9th floor “outdoor pool” is now open. This year the pool opened early on April 17th because the weather has been so nice. Most outdoor pools in Chicago open on Memorial Day Weekend (end of May). The Grand Plaza Management Team does a pretty good job each year opening the pool early in the season when the weather cooperates. The pool area and sundeck were newly remodeled in 2016 with all new furniture. This entire area has sunshine from 9 am until sunset. Exceptional apartment for family vacation

This listing description for this 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment was exactly as described. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen if you decide to cook. The beds were very comfortable. This apartment is conveniently located to Magnificent Mile and within walking distance to most locations. The parking garage is very convenient and a feature of this rental that I was looking for as we drove in from Missouri. I highly recommend this rental. Working with Chicago Premier Suites was easy and pleasant.

Great walking location in downtown Chicago!

Location is key in Chicago and this rental has it! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Clean and furnished with everything needed. It is also a professionally run operation with great communication and follow-up. This rental is NOT someone's home that they rent out so you don't have to look at their personal stuff. It is a corporate rental which I consider a plus. No hesitation to rent this unit again for my next Chicago trip!

Location and amenities sell this place!

Excellent property- it was a very convenient location, walk-able to several restaurants, shopping, tourist sites, etc. The doorman (Chris) was very accommodating and made us feel at home. We had plenty of space, a wonderful view and used the fitness center, library/coffee lounge, but there were several other amenities too including an outdoor pool (seasonal), outdoor patio and a game room with a pool table. Everything about the stay was great, we would absolutely stay here again.
