Just Okay, served the purpose.

The location was great. A few blocks from Broadway. Building was outdated, no amenities other than a small workout area. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3:00, by 3:20 we were told it would be another 30 minutes. (We arrived at 8:30 am, requested early check in)

FYI: 3:00 guaranteed check in.

Called the prpoperty management company, they did reimburse us for the cleaning fee, no questions asked. Good place for 2 couples or 4-6 girls, 2 BR 2 Bath, full kitchen.

Homeless are right outside the location, not anything they can do about this,. I just found it to be upsetting to see every time we walked in or out. Not bad for the money, but there is a much nicer- newer condo owed by the same property management company right next door.

Great location! The building is secure & clean.

Our 2 bedroom unit was nice but needed some attention (WiFi didn’t work, drains plugged) and the Stay Alfred staff were helpful to resolve the issues.

Property was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Great restaurants within a block.

Sink in ensuite was a very slow drain and it could have been a little cleaner when we arrived.

Few minute walk to Broadway and Excellent space for two couples

This apartment worked out great for us. We knew we wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the apartment because we'd be out and about in Nashville. We were worried at first because of the cleanliness reviews. When we arrived, we found the apartment to be in good condition. The longer we were there, we noticed it could use a deep clean with some dusting of the floor boards etc.. There was also mold on one of the shower curtains and a plugged shower drain. We called and notified the company and they didn't tend to the issue while we were there. hopefully they will get those things fixed before the next arrivals. The staff at the front desk was awesome, but not connected to the apartment owner. So, if things come up, you have to contact a call center. Even with these issues, we still enjoyed our time there. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it a great space for two couples. It was a short walk to Broadway. We would stay here again. The apartment building itself was beautiful and had really neat common spaces.

Great Location but needs a little attention

The location is absolutely great. Most of the unit is in good condition. We are VRBO owners and there are a few things that need attention - toilet seats were moldy and blistered... no wine opener... it is a little light on glasses, utensils, etc.. Everything else was great.

Perfect place for 2 couples to stay! Loved the convenience of everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. ONLY challenge was the parking as our rental car was just about to get towed away IF it had not been for the concierge gentleman. The parking pass in the apartment said park in space 211 and the tenant of 211 called the towing company. Calcification was needed and thankfully the concierge prevented the SUV from getting towed away.
