Ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a very convenient south coast location. Lush garden surroundings with central communal pool.

This popular rental apartment is nicely furnished. The master bedroom is king bedded with an en-suite bathroom with the second bedroom having two single beds. There is also a trundle bed in this bedroom which allows for occupancy of a fifth person (including children) at no extra charge. The second bathroom is in the hallway adjacent of the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. All linens are provided including beach towels. Secure gated parking is available.

Margate Gardens is minutes away on foot from popular south coast beaches, shopping, restaurants, banks, grocery stores and more. St. Lawrence Gap, the entertainment hub of the island is approximately 7 minutes away by car.

Lovely, Comfortable, Safe, Well Located

I enjoyed my stay at no.26 Margate Gardens. It was like being at home - comfortable and cozy. I was especially impressed with how well kept and clean the accommodations were. Equally impressive was the professionalism of Lauren who welcomed us at the gate, and who immediately dispatched a worker to replace a burnt out bathroom light and tighten a loose closet door knob. The lush and lovely gardens on the grounds with fruit bearing and flowering plants gave me reason to take out my camera and stroll around taking pictures on more than one occasion. The proximity to the beach, Lantern Mall and restaurants was also a bonus, as were the reliable wifi signal, functional AC units, the clean pool, and very importantly, the security provided by the gated entrance which required a keyed password for entrance. I felt quite safe there. Ultimately, it was a great experience, and I would readily recommend this apartment to friends and family for a lovely, comfortable, safe, well priced, and well located place to stay.

Margate Gardens is very conveniently located directly across from the popular boardwalk that runs from Hastings to Rockley Beach, along the boardwalk are several bars and restaurants. Next door to Margate Gardens is Lanterns Mall with a bank, convenience store, boutiques and several food concessions including Subway and Haagan Dazs. Just a short walk away you will find a gym at Hastings Plaza.

You will find everything you need in walking distance. You can stroll through the historical Garrison area where you will find lovely old homes and buildings. The Garrison is also where the race track is located and lively horse racing happens every Saturday during the season.

The airport is just a 15 minute drive away and Bridgetown is 10 minutes away by car. Public transport is accessible just outside of Margate Gardens.
