The clean tile floors, warm caramel walls and comfortably coordinated furnishings just ooze chic relaxation. Moreover, views of the Gulf across the street and the lush surroundings offer hours of natural beauty to thrill your senses. Simply resting on the private balcony while loved ones enjoy the amazing pool grounds below is an experience for the photo album.
Beach Resort 306 is also the perfect home away from home. From the chef –ready kitchen to the washer and dryer, all the residential necessities we love are right here. However, many guests love the fact that Beach Resort is set on the beach road along the paved walking path. Head in either direction and you’ll find delicious beachfront restaurants, kayak and scooter rentals and beach stores with everything needed for the best beach vacation ever. Or just hop in the car and travel less than five minutes to great shopping, golfing and plenty of other fun entertainment.
During Spring Break this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

March 2018 Stay
We had a great experience staying here for spring break. The condo was bigger than we expected, comfortable, clean and fairly quiet. The balcony is a sweet place to read a book or view a glimpse of the Gulf. I highly recommend staying here. The people at Newman-Dailey were very helpful and friendly.
Great place for a family vacation!
The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more! The pool was very relaxing and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Great time of the year to visit.
