During Spring Break this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay.

We enjoyed our week very much. It was plenty of room for all of us. Extra towels were a welcome sight. I was somewhat disappointed that the floors were dirty. Carpet and tile needed cleaning very much. My bear feet got dirty whenever I walked in the house. I should have mentioned this earlier in the week, however, when I did mention it, you were very helpful in sending some ladies to clean the floors while we were out. I appreciated this very much. Also you were very understanding about the problem with the garage doors not being able to be opened and gave me compensation because of this inconvenience. Our family loves Destin and have always enjoyed staying in your properties. We look forward to coming again as a family.
We had such a wonderful time at the condo. Upon arriving, we were surprised by a 2 car parking garage. Not only our cars were covered, but the owner provided a dolly to bring our stuffs upstairs. It was a plus!!!
Upon entering the unit, it looks just like the photos. The owner weren't stingy with extra towels and bedding sheets. The condo has a big patio and the lay out was great. One can be in the kitchen, but once you opened the patio door, the view was amazing. This unit even has an ice maker! And the bunk room actually has 3 full sized mattresses. Two things probably need minor improvements. The sofa bed mattress was not comfy for adults, but I think its passable for kids. And the second master bathroom toilet knob is really hard to flush. We didnt know the condo did not have a grill. But we improvised on cooking our dinner. Got some fresh seafood at Sexton's market. The unit was also generous on pots and pans. Plates and utensils. We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and was very clean. The location was great too. We walk across the road to get to the beach. We will stay there again .
We had a great time in Pavilion Palms Unit 104C. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill. The HOA does not allow them at the rental units and we knew that before booking. We still had a great time and would rent this unit again!! We had one issue with a shower and the maintenance guy showed up quickly and fixed the problem. The unit was exactly as described in the website with accurate photos.
