Located in the heart of Suttons Bay, Front Cottage is a vintage-style lower-level house with three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Enter from the street side into a charming living room with nice decorative touches. There are hardwood floors throughout. It has a gas fireplace, cable TV, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have one queen bed, one full bed, and a daybed, and there are TVs in all of the bedrooms.

A gorgeous beach is just around the corner–a very easy walk. In fact, you can park your car for your entire stay and walk to all of the Suttons Bay shops and restaurants! The library just behind the cottage offers free WiFi, and the Leelanau Trail, farm markets, and wineries are all close by. You will have plenty to do in this great area!

Dark,cold weekend!

Cozy clean cottage,a bit drafty around the windows. Fireplace made up for the chill in the rooms. A bit irritating was no info on how to use the television or DVD player.We really wanted to watch football and couldnt. The batteries in remote were missing and the replacement ones were not the right size. Couldnt use the remote for tv. Another irritation was when there was a 3hr power failure. No utility type candles or matches in the house. And it was too early for bed,in the middle of dinner. We huddled around the gas fireplace to keep warm.Thank u for replacing the coffee pot,it was a god send for next days morning brew.

Family gathering in northport

So close to our venue. Located on the Main Street of suttons bay. Walked to restaurants and shops. Close to our event in northport. Close to friends who own a winery. 9 miles to fish town for a fun dinner

Perfect location on Sutton's Bay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, with everything you need for a stay in Sutton's Bay. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. We would stay here again!
