About this property

4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!

The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink.

There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun!

To top it all off there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with free hi-speed wireless internet (free wifi) to keep everyone in touch. The house also has central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort.

All in all this house is a perfect vacation getaway with an affordable price.

Delightful villa

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, tastefully decorated villa. It was spacious, clean, orderly and all that we needed was provided. We loved spending time in the pool, which was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Owner communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa

Just returned from an 11 night stay in this lovely villa - highly recommend, very clean and everything you could need. A real home from home and the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a holiday home - wanted to bring it back with me! Had a couple of questions and Maria got back to me very quickly. Lots of wildlife including gators!

Perfect vacation home for a family

Communication with villa owner was perfect. Check into villa could not get any better. This villa provided everything from towels, kitchen equipment, pool games and laundry facilities. I would highly recommend this villa and won't hesitate to stay there again when we back to orlando.

Great house and facilities

The house is lovely, spacious and with all the facilities you will need for the whole family, for your stay eg modern appliances, comfortable beds and sofas, Netflix and fast wifi. The pool area is great with such an amazing view and you can spot wildlife (birds, alligator). The place is better than the photos ! Locatuon is great. Close enough to Disney, but far enough that you're away from the tourist areas. Communication with Maria was easy and she's so helpful Thanks Maria 😀

Holiday from UK (late July 2021)

My wife and two teens aged 14 stayed at Paradise Found for over 2 weeks on vacation from UK (wife is a US Citizen). The house was as described. I do a lot of research into properties before booking on VRBO and the pictures and descriptions are accurate which is a good thing. Most importantly communication with the owners was excellent. The local area is extremely quiet and the lake is fantastic. The property is the most well equipped property i have ever stayed in (and after 20 years of trips that is saying something). I think it is important in these reviews to provide practical feedback to owners and future quests alike. I rarely give 5 stars on ratings as that implies faultlessness. There were two things that lost the 5th star for me. Firstly, South Poiniciana Boulavard is about 300 yards from the rear of the property which can cause road noise to impinge on your enjoyment of the pool. Secondly, there were too many notices and rules posted around the house. I am not a libertarian by any stretch, but for me these notices just reminded me, too frequently, that i was a renter rather than a guest. I totally understand that the owner is making every effort to ensure high standards are kept and this is admirable. However, a balance needs to be struck. It felt a little too much like a hotel room stay rather than a home away from home. As i have said, If you are reading this review i tend to grade things harshly. It is rare for me to give a property 4 or 5 stars. So overall i would thoroughly recommend this property for any length of stay. Thanks to Ken and Maria.

By the way, the photo of me was taken at the Ringling Brothers Circus Museum in Sarasota. It's a couple of hours drive from the villa but it is spectacular! Don't miss it.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I fell in love with Florida several years ago and we had been looking for a second home here. When we saw this house we knew it was the one for us right away. We love the feeling of being in a natural, nature filled, peaceful spot and we named the house 'Paradise Found'. I hope you will find it as inspiring as we did.
