Oceanfront Property, perfectly located. Right next to the St. Augustine Beach Pier and splash park, where the Wednesday farmers market and live concerts take place. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our condo is brand new to the rental program and has been completely renovated and decorated. 1,100 square feet, 2 bedroom/2 bath, Queen in master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. Master bathroom has walk in shower and main bathroom has tub/shower combo. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room and patio from both the living room and master bedroom. Ocean/beach/pool view from patio.
We had everything we needed and more! Plenty of linens, laundry detergent and kitchen pantry basics. The dryer was extremely slow in drying clothes but the TV had lots of channels and the wifi was super fast. We would definitely stay here again.
Walk to the beach or sit on the private pier with your coffee still hot. Sit on the patio out of the stray breeze if you'd like but still in the sun. Swim in heated pool or sit nearby on one of the many chairs and loungers. Tons of sheets, towels and dishes so no constant cleaning necessary haha
Walk to the pier, the farmers market or to several close restraunts Wednesday is condo neighbor get together if you'd like to visit with others like yourself or owners
Easy drive to hop on and off trolley as well as much see attractions
Hardest part is leaving at the end of your stay!!! I can't wait to come again!
the condo was perfect. The access to the pool and beach were just what we needed. The place was very conveniently located from many places to eat. It also came with some chairs and extra towels.
Already looking at dates to come back again.
At St. Augustine Beach for family vacation. Condo is ideally located on the ground floor outside the pool. The property abuts the beach and has a convenient shower on the walkway to wash sand from your feet after a day at the beach. The complex is right next door to the city pier which has a water park for kids and a variety of activities during the week. Likewise, it is an easy walk up or down A1A to a variety of restaurants and little shops. Location just can't be beat.
The condo was large and comfortable with separate dining a living areas as well as a sizable kitchen space. The area of the condo away from the sliding glass doors does tend to get a little dark, as this is an interior unit and the one window in the kitchen doesn't allow much light to enter, but we were typically at the beach or in the pool during the day. A minor inconvenience at worst. On the other hand, have to say the mattress in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. (So much so I asked the owner where she got it!) There is also ample closet space.
Right value for the price. Would definitely stay again.
we wanted a beach vacation but still close enough to activities. this was perfect. we spent a day in Orlando and the drive was easy. Spent a day touring St Augustine and spent a day sailing. the rest of our week was spent just steps from the condo and the fabulous beach. If you have kids, this is a great location. A lifeguard right at the beach and tons of shells to collect.
The location of the condo was great! Pool just steps away from our patio door and a very short walk to the beach. Farmers Market was just next door on Wednesday morning plus there is a splash park right next to the pier which was near the condo. Lots of places to eat close by and a gas station across the street in case you forgot to pick something up at the store. There is a Publix and a Dollar Tree about 1.5 miles south of the condo. Dollar tree is great for that dish soap, shampoo, beach toys and many other items you might need in your condo but don't want to spend a lot. Things you don't mind leaving behind in the condo for the next guest to use up. Kitchen has lots of pots and pans for staying in and making a meal. Adrea was great and answered all my questions! Library is close by and you can get a Library card for $5 for 30 days - this will also give you use of their computers. Walmart and Aldi's is straight across 312 to US 1 and Old St Augustine downtown is about a 5-10 minute drive. We had a great stay. Hoping to return next year.
This property is close to everything! Right next to the Beach Pier, Splash park, farmers market, live concerts, beach, restaurants and shops. 5 miles from Alligator farm and Historic St. Augustine. 2 hours from Disney.
