Our 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom Coach House offers luxury accommodation on 2 levels for up to 7 guests. This new Coach house is fully self contained and built to the highest standard using eco friendly materials.

Our accommodation is ideal for couples who seek the spaciousness of our accommodation, families with children (we have baby equipment, toys and a child friendly garden with enclosed trampoline) and larger groups wishing to travel together.

Our unit has a private outdoor patio with grill.

Our neighbourhood....: Kitsilano, colloquially knows as “Kits” is one of Vancouver’s premiere Neighbourhoods and is located on the city’s west side. It is bordered to the North by two beaches, Kitsilano and Jericho beach and is home to two distinct commercial areas. The first located along Broadway between Larch and Blenheim streets, only steps from Avalon Guest Suite, while the other is along 4th Ave between Balsam and Burrard streets.

Kitsilano is a great neighbourhood to explore on foot, with its many wonderful shops and restaurants as well as parks and beaches.

'We visited Vancouver for four days with our two sons, aged one and four, and wanted a comfortable place in a great neighbourhood. The Avalon Guest Suite was perfect. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the location is great. It is located on a charming, tree-lined street with a short walk from the shops on Broadway.' ~DA

'Loved this bright, beautifully decorated suite. It's in a great safe neighbourhood, within walking distance to everything you would ever need...and more. We were there in October and the maple trees were turning their gorgeous colours.

Avalon Coach house is located on a quiet tree lined street in Kitsilano but just steps from shops, restaurants and easy direct transportation links to downtown Vancouver and UBC. There are over 30 different restaurants and cafes located within 2 blocks of the accommodation! We are also within easy walking distance to several beautiful beaches.

We loved staying at the Coach House. You really feel at home since the moment you enter, it is so cozy and welcoming. We are a family of five and we were very comfortable with the spaces. Everything was so clean, and that is a very important thing for me. Julia really made us feel like we were special guests, there was a lot of details, like fresh flowers, basket of fruit, milk in the fridge and a delicious homemade bread. There were also toys for the children to play during bath time!

All in all, Avalon Coach House is the perfect place to stay for a family that is looking for other options instead of a hotel room. On our next trip to Vancouver will definitely go back! That´s for sure! Thank you so much Julia and O´Dwyer family.

Very nice and good location

We were very happy to rent this house . It's well decorated, very clean and you have everything you might need for a confortable stay (except the chairs outside who are not confortable). You have plenty of restaurants, bars, shops less than 5 minutes walk and i loved to have Tim Hortons a few step away. Julia is very nice and welcoming. We had a great time there and we will be back for sure.

Wonderful stay

The coach house was beautiful and very well maintained. Adorable neighborhood, conveniently located. Great amenities, including a washer/dryer. There is a cute little patio with a table and small grill, and my kids loved jumping on the trampoline. Highly recommend for families.

Fabulous Kitsalano Location

We loved our stay at the Avalon Coach House in "Kits". Lovely accommodations for our family of 4. The house was very clean & tastefully decorated. The location was close to shops & restaurants along West Broadway, a quick walk to the beach and Granville Island. Also a perfect locale to get to UBC. We would definitely come back and book the Avalon Coach House!

Lovely guest house

My daughter and I loved our weekend stay at Julia's guest house. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. It was bright and had a modern feel. The location was excellent, on a quiet street yet close to amenities. Highly recommend.
