Great location...close to Peak 9 chairlift. I had some questions about ski rentals, lift tickets, etc... that Molly answered very well prior to our arrival. She was very friendly over the phone and gave wonderful advice. Reserving my skis at Charter Ski was very easy and convenient. In fact, it was the fastest I've ever encountered of picking up our skis (probably less than 10 min)!

Condo was great, very roomy and the bunk beds in worked out perfect for our kids. I would definitely rent 301B Powderhorn again.

Great place! The location is close to main street and apartment has all amenities needed. Our microwave broke down in the middle of the week and maintenace came in right away and brought us a new one. Overall I would definitely stay there again. Loved the fireplace and view in the balcony. I also loved that you could go walk in the trail behind the apartment. Great place for pictures!

Generally nice condo....saw photos of hot tub before did not share it was not on the property - across the street and closed at 8pm! very frustrating and not again

We stayed in this lovely condo over our Spring Break. 4 adults, 2 kids - wonderful stay! I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The location was awesome! We didn't get in the car all week - can walk everywhere. Convenient to lifts, shopping, dining. This condo is like a home away from home, we all really enjoyed our time here.

Condo was great. the 5 of us had a great stay. You can walk to the lift which is great. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Facility is super clean and new. I would stay again.

Awesome Condo

We loved this condo! We have stayed in many condos in Breckenridge and this was the best one yet! It was nicely decorated, very clean and plenty of space. The kitchen was quite large and equipped with everything you would need. The layout was perfect for two adults and three young adults. Had plenty of space. Really liked the beautiful views from the sitting/reading area while the guys were enjoying the slopes! The location was also very good. We walked to downtown each night for dinner. I feel a lot of thought was put into the remodel of this condo and it is very accommodating! It has all you need for a home away from home stay. Would highly recommend and will be back to this unit for sure!
