2 double bedroom with views to the town and oblique sea view

This is a fairly new acquisition to our portfolio of rental properties. Elegantly but comfortably furnished we hope we have provided just about everything to meet your needs. If there's anything we haven't provided let us know and we'll do our best to make sure it's there for your next visit and future guests to use. There is a lovely lounge/dinging room for 4 people with a view to the well manicured gardens and views of the town. Spacious hallway with cupboard space to store your suitcases/bags. Two spacious, well furnished, comfortable bedrooms as well.

We had a fabulous 4 week stay in this Largs property. The location couldn't have been better,2mins from the seafront and 5mins walk to town centre.

The decor,furnishings,bathroom and kitchen were all new and of high quality.

My daughter is due to visit Largs later this year and we had absolutly no hesitation in booking Kelburn ct for her.

Serene,newly renovated, real gem in Largs

This was a last minute rental and the owner/management could not have been more accommodating! Hayley and her husband Les greeted us and went over specifics of the rental, were accessible and had great knowledge and recommendations for the area. Unit was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Wonderful views of the hills and water and short walking distance to town.

feel cheated and insulted

We booked through the app and it clearly states swimming pool, however on arrival found out this is untrue, there is a public pool a good 10 minutes away.

We also had a problem with the flat which we brought up with the managers.

When we returned home and contacted the owner she called me a Lier.

This is not what I expect from a person running a holiday business.

Owner's Response: Nowhere on our advertisement does it say 'Private Pool'. When you brought up the subject of the pool with our property manager in a telephone conversation before you arrived, you were advised that under the swimming pool icon within the Amenities section it clearly stated that the local pool was short walk away. At no time did you contact either the property manager or the owner regarding the problem while you were in residence. When you contacted us a week after your departure we advised that we would have our local management check the problem and get back to you. That reply was given as soon as it had been checked and apology given to you for any inconvenience this may have caused you. At no point ever in any exchange of correspondence were you ever referred to as a 'lier/liar'. Why you couldn't have raised the issue while you were in residence is strange since you had the contact number for local management and your husband had been advised, on the day you arrived, in a face to face conversation with the the owner, that she was actually staying at another flat within the same building and not to hesitate to contact if we could be of any help. We have had only good experiences and reviews from guests to date regarding the service we provide and the flat itself.

Convenient location in a quiet area.

Great flat, clean, newly decorated and equipped. Ideal location for walking to town, ferry, restaurants, supermarket and shore walks.

The manager was very helpful and even gave me weather updates so I knew what to pack!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and we will be returning .

This flat is ideal for a holiday.It is beautifully presented,warm and relaxing.it is close to the seafront and handy for the shops,supermarket and all forms of transport.The whole family were thrilled with it I would highly recommend it.
