About Jim Addis or Terri Addis
We are long time local Coeur d Alene residents who use the cabin regularly. As such, it is maintained very well. In the past we have used third party sources to manage our property. While they have done a great job, we have decided to take over management to help guarantee that all of our guests have a great experience. We look forward to you having a great visit. This is quite the original owners homesteaded this entire area and this was their house. Mr. Sandaker cut all the logs for this cabin on property and skidded them with a mule team. He then hand notched and chinked the logs, built the cabin without spikes, and poured the foundation himself using Portland cement, and rocks and sand from down at the beach. When we bought the cabin we decided not to tear it down, but to modernize it with today's comforts, and appreciate the history of this spot. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The cabin is very cute and comfortable. No ATT service in the house but ATT works great on the dock.
We enjoyed our stay very much!
Had a great family trip staying here.
For us, location, location, location.
Hope to return again.
We had a great stay at Jake’s cabin. The cabin was very nice and well equipped. Spacious, updated, with many comforts of home. The grounds were well maintained and the patios and dock were great. Friendly neighbors and easy access on the west side of the lake.
Thanks for the kind words, we are glad you enjoyed yourselves. We really appreciate how clean and tidy you left our cabin. Hope to see you in the future!

Very Clean and lovely property.
We had a good time staying at Jakes Lakefront Cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had a nice dock and beach front that was nice to use to fish and boat.
We only had two minor aggravations--First there is no wifi/cell service. This is partly my fault for not reading the whole description. If you do not have Verizon, then you will not have access to either wifi or cell service. Second, the sprinklers kept coming on frequently which was difficult to do things in the yard area because we kept getting sprayed at unexpected times.
Other than those two minor details, I would definitely recommend staying at the cabin.
Yes, mobile and internet are a problem due to cabin location and lack of service...we can move our existing disclosure to a different part of the listing. The grass is a little tougher as with the rocky soil, the grass dries out and dies without lots of water...we can adjust times, but we do need to water.

What a cute cabin on the lake. The cabin was charming, the setting wonderful, and the private dock was perfect
