Excellent property, excellent location

This lovely gem is everything it is advertised to be, and more. We stayed at Patrick's condo for a quick four day stay to visit family. We found the condo clean and well appointed in a secure building. There is ample space for meals to be taken in, as well as a gas grill on the lovely balcony with amazing views of the river and mountains. Groceries and transportation are accessible without having to leave the "complex", as the condo building is attached to the sky rail station, complete with shops. Everything you could want is right there. Getting downtown Vancouver is a snap on the sky rail system. Check in and out is seamless and Patrick is a very accommodating host. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property and property owner.

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment has all the comforts of home including spices, coffee, tea and condiments in the refrigerator so you do not need to go to the store before settling in. The train station on the sixth floor is convenient, but it does take 30 minutes to get to the downtown area of Vancouver and is then a fairly long walk to the Waterfront area. We enjoyed our stay and Patrick was very helpful.

Excellent. Exactly as advertised.

The condo was comfortable, roomy, very clean, stocked with all the essentials (even toys for our children), and in a fantastic location. The building was quiet, had a great view, and was in walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Patrick was a great host and we will definitely be back.

Excellent in every way

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Vancouver. The Skytrain is right there in the 6th floor and super easy to use. The grocery store and restaurants are right at your door. Patrick was so patient with us. We were very late and not only did he wait for us, he brought us cream for our coffee in the morning. The refrigerator had water and soda for us. There was coffee, tea, sweetener, sugar, everything you would want. He even had laundry detergent for us. We rented a car and had a secure spot in the garage. Very secure building. There aren't enough words to express how great this place is. The view from the balcony is incredible. Even with the windows open we slept like babies. The noise was not an issue. Each room had a fan.....a nice fan which was perfect for nighttime sleeping. Thank you Patrick for a great place to stay.
