Graf Hill House is a very nice Fort Lauderdale vacation rental that features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This great home is perfect for a group of friends and a small family. Graf Hill House has a private pool, fully fenced yard and lush tropical gardens. Lots of sunshine throughout the day will make your days at the pool quite enjoyable.
This vacation rental home is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale just 3 blocks from Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors. Walk to some great shops and restaurants or take a short ten minute drive over to Fort Lauderdale Beach.
At most times of the year, the gardens of Graf Hill House are filled with up to 15 different species of Butterflies. Gather your friends and family and plan your next tropical vacation at Graf Hill House.

If we can accommodate a stay of 4 nights or less a $50 per night fee will be added.
Additional guests are $50 per person per night. Please ask for revised quote.
Cleaning fees, accidental damage insurance, and tax will be added to all rental rates
We suggest you purchase trip insurance on your own to cover personal possessions and any complication you man encounter on your trip.
We accept pets for a $100 per pet fee.
There are extra charges for pac n'play, high chairs, beach chairs, airport pick up, grocery delivery and other services.
Many of our homes are near each other so we can often accommodate larger groups

My name is Jeffery Hill and I have been renting my homes in Puerto Vallarta and Florida for over 14 years. As my business has grown, so has my ability, to provide great properties and great service.
I own 5 of these homes and rent the remainder for others. Am I a rental agent? Well, yes and no. Almost all of the homes on my site have a personal connection. I do interior design and many of the properties are owned by clients who hired me to create the vacation rental for them and then manage their rental business. Other properties are owned by friends and neighbors, who have seen what I do, and have asked me to bring their property up to my standards and do the rentals for them. So unlike many rental agents, my agenda is not just to make money. My goal is to create a unique collection of very special properties, in many price ranges, with many different flavors, and provide great service to my guests.
In Puerto Vallarta, I am fortunate to have an amazing staff who work very hard to maintain my properties and take care of my guests. We offer optional services such as airport pickup, groceries delivered upon arrival, chef services and assistance with restaurant ideas, tours, etc. We are not always perfect, but our goal is to do the best to provide you with your best vacation ever. If you are traveling to celebrate a special occasion, let us know and we will help make it more special. If you are traveling with a larger group, let us know and we will make suggestions for properties located close to each other that will accommodate your group. In other words, tell us what you want and we will see what we can do.

5 Minute Drive to Beach
We loved this house. It had everything we needed, from a great pool, nice and well stocked "community" kitchen with lots of extras, and a good location. It was located near tons of restaurants and everything that we needed. We had to go to the convention center everyday, and it was so easy to get there. The house was spacious and clean. The grounds of the property were the highlight, though, with beautiful gardens and flowering plants.
My husband and 3 teenage daughers enjoyed the most relaxing Spring vacation in this tropical home. It was perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The outdoor pool area is gorgeous with all the tropical plantings and comfortable furniture you desire. There is a lovely covered porch to enjoy breakfast or breaks from the sun. You will not want to leave the house! But when u do venture out you will be amazed at how close the house is to shopping and the beach. Don't miss the Las Olas boulevard for cool boutiques and great restaurants. We loved the South Beaches of Fort Lauderdale...surprisingly not crowded. Also, it's an easy drive to head to South Beach Miami for a fun evening!
My husband and I stayed at this house July 2010. We had a relaxing and luxurious time. The house is clean and beautifully decorated and is stocked with household supplies. The backyard is private and secluded with a serene waterfall. The area is very quiet. The house is close to the airport, a short drive to the beach, near two malls, many restaurants and a movie theater. We had a lovely vacation.
Graf Hill House is conveniently located in the friendly neighborhood of Wilton Manors in Fort Lauderdale. There are many great shops, restaurants, bar and other amenities all very close to the home: Fort Lauderdale Public Beach, 7 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic; Downtown/Las Olas Blvd shopping area, 5 to10 minute drive depending on traffic; Fantastic Local Restaurants, 5 minute walk; Grocery Store (Publix and Whole Foods), 10 minute walk; Starbucks, Stork´s Coffe, Java Boys, 5 to 10 minute walk; Island City Fitness Gym, 10 minute walk; Convenience Store, 10 minute walk; Galleria Mall, 10 to 15 minute Drive; Federal Highway Shops and Restaurants, 10 minute drive.
We encourage you to walk the neighborhood. It’s safe and friendly. And for our guests who have brought your dogs, you will find many of your neighbors out walking day and night. You will find it to be a fun and festive neighborhood with friendly people and many fun places to dine close to home.
