Master bedroom hosts a luxury king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen sized bed. American Leather sofabed in a queen plus size means there is plenty of room up to a family of 7. At 950 square feet our condo is the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath in the complex.
Our huge 950 square foot condo is in the heart of Vancouver's downtown West End and close to everything to make your Vancouver holiday perfect. Located in the Downtown Vancouver Coal Harbour neighborhood you'll find the location perfect for sightseeing. Only one block away from Vancouver's famous Robson Street and minutes to the seawall and Stanley Park. It's in the perfect location right in the middle of the action. Yet after a day of sightseeing you'll be surprised how peaceful the neighborhood can be. High up on the 17th floor you will have amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. At night you'll find peaceful quietness as the condo. And if you want to experience Vancouver's nightlife it's only minutes away. You won't need a car to see all that Vancouver has to offer as it's all walking distance from our condo.
Vancouver is a very safe city. You will never feel like you're at risk in the Coal Harbour neighborhood. The same could be said of most of downtown Vancouver but our condo is particularly safe. My wife and I have been out walking at 2am and felt completely safe.
Our two bedroom is the largest square foot 2 bedroom condo in the building. The condo has undergone a full renovation in April 2016. The interior designer picked only the finest furnishings to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The condo looks like it's right out of a West Elm catalog. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and high end luxury mattress. The master bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a luxury mattress. A second full bathroom is in the hallway just outside the second bedroom and includes an enclosed shower. Having two full baths ensures our guests have the space they need to enjoy their stay. No line-ups for the bathroom in the morning. And with central hot water you won't ever experience a cold shower. The third bed is in the living room is a American Leather sofabed sleeper. The mattress is a queen-plus size which is almost as big as a king. With the patented sleeper mechanism it's the finest sofabed that money can buy. Guaranteed amazing sleep as the sofa has no bars. We even upgraded the mattress to their gel version. This sleeper is truly amazing. With the three beds up to seven adults can easily be accommodated. Upon request we can have a crib available for young children.
A separate dining area off the living room has seating for four and you can enjoy the most amazing views of the Pacific ocean and Robson Street while you dine. It is truly a elegant dining space.
Some of Vancouver's finest restaurants are right beside the condo literally beside the front door. And if you decide to stay in and cook you'll find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The stove-top is a European induction range that provides more precise and quicker cooking times than natural gas. We've stocked the kitchen with all the cooking utensils that you will need. Including your morning essential coffee maker and tea kettle. Both a drip coffee mater and french press are in the condo for the perfect cup of coffee. For our guests that prefer to drink tea we have a kettle and teapot with a selection of tea for the perfect afternoon break from exploring Vancouver. For a healthy start to your day we have a blender for your morning smoothies. A full sized fridge has more than enough room for your groceries. One of the best grocery stores Urban Fare is minutes from the door across the street. The kitchen has a large marble island with a breakfast bar seating for an additional three guests.
If your on a shopping holiday the high end couture shops in the financial district of Alberni Street are near your front door. The famous Robson Street shops are one street away and minutes from the front door. Enjoy a fun filled day of shopping on Robson and people watching from the many cafe's.
Amazing Vancouver restaurants like Black and Blue, Coast, Kirin are again minutes away. And if you prefer to eat in prepare to enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and Urban Fare or Whole Foods supermarket near your front door. We guarantee that you will absolutely love this space and what the area has to offer.
The condo has one underground secure parking spot. But a vehicle is not needed as the downtown attractions are a short walking distance away. It's also extremely easy to get to the condo from the airport via the skytrain. Here are some of the sights and walking time from the condo:

The suite is fully stocked including all linens, kitchen cooking utensils. The building has a 24 hour concierge and great fitness facility. There is a beautiful common garden outside of the building that is available to you as well.

We are the owners of this gorgeous luxury condo and look forward to ensuring you have a amazing time in Vancouver. We are available 24/7 to deal with any issues or questions. We live and work in Vancouver and I carry my cell phone all the time and am available to call or text. Our home is only 20 minutes from the condo and can be on site very quickly if needed. My wife and I are here to ensure you have a great stay. I try to meet every guest that arrives but since I work we use Keycafe to provide you keys to the condo upon your arrival so there will be no waiting for you and you can go up to the condo as soon as you arrive. The Keycafe location is right around the corner from the condo and has extended hours for key pickup and dropoff. One parking stall is available if you bring a vehicle. Free 30 minute short term parking is available while you take your luggage inside.

The location is the absolute best in Vancouver. Coal Harbour is located in the heart of downtown called the golden triangle. One block away from the famous Robson Street the condo is a short walking distance to all the best Vancouver attractions such as the seawall, Stanley Park, and the financial district. No need for a car as all the sites are at your doorstep!
The upscale downtown neighborhood is extremely safe at all hours of the day and night. Some of the finest restaurants such as 'Black and Blue' (amazing steak house) and Coast (great seafood) are only a few minutes walk from the front door. The Urban Fare grocery store is across the street if you prefer cooking at home.
Vancouver has so many amazing things you should experience and our luxury condo is perfectly situated for you do walk to it all. Robson Street shopping is only one block away. Be ready to people watch in Vancouver's most famous street. Its only 2 minutes from the condo's front door.
Skytrain station from the airport is a very easy way to arrive. Lots of public transit but you won't need it as everything is a short walk from the condo.
