Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this townhouse is sunny even in the dead of winter. It is attached to only one neighbor and you will enjoy it's cathedral, cedar ceilings in the living room and loft. While peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the snow plows and summer traffic, the condo is steps from a Red Line Shuttle Stop to the mountain. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms and kitchen along with lots of mountain and southwest art, will transport you into the Mammoth Lifestyle. The unit is spacious, offering a flat screen HD TV in the living room with cable TV and music , NETFLEX, DVD, VCR , WIFI, GAMES etc. The two downstairs bedrooms have cable TVs and DVDs. The master bedroom sports it's own vanity and sink area. Upstairs, the loft is airy with two european style windows for viewing Lincoln Mountain and the golf course. With high ceilings , the loft is large with no view from the downstairs living area.

Outside on the deck of our charming townhouse there is a new gas BBQ for your enjoyment.

Additionally, the 2 golf courses, restaurants and other businesses offer discounts off and on through out the year.

Great place for family!

This was our second time back to this residence because we loved it so much the first time around. It is very clean and close to the village/shops. Also, it is also pet-friendly, which is a plus since we take our dog with us.

Very clean, warm and welcoming. Great layout for our family of seven

Exceptional experience! Working with Sally throughout the reservation process was smooth and seamless. I always appreciate great customer service. Sally was helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries.

On arrival, the condo was clean and easy to use. We were guests for seven nights and did not need assistance with anything. Everything is self explanatory and very functional. The condo is in great condition and looks even better in person than the pictures.

The location within the community is excellent if not the best. An end unit, at the back of a small culdesac, that backs up to a golf course fairway. It is quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the nice hot jacuzzi and the laundry mat too. Shopping and restaurants is a short walk down the street or a quick drive to the slopes.

We would definitely rent from Sally again next time we travel to Mammoth!

Amazing Experience at Woodlands #26

Woodlands #26 is an amazing townhouse. We really enjoyed our 4 day vacation in Mammoth Lakes because of the townhouse. It was able to accommodate our family and friends of 8. We celebrated my mom's 83rd birthday. Also it was her first time to experience snow.

The townhouse is easy to get to and close to shops and grocery stores. We thought that was important because we were staying there for a long period of time and we really enjoy cooking at home. We can easily pick up our ingredients any time because it was so close.

The condo itself was well cared for. The décor made you feel like you were on vacation. The beds and sofas were so comfortable. Everyone had a great night sleep and enjoyed lounging in the family room as well because it was spacious. I am very particular about the bathrooms and this place had clean and updated bathrooms. We had great views of the mountains and the surrounding area throughout the house because of the huge windows and openness of the townhouse. There was great amount of light that flooded the house during the day.

Lastly, our experience is truly amazing because of Sally, the owner. I really appreciated her because she made booking the townhouse so easy. She followed up the booking with a phone call and she was very responsive with whatever correspondence that was needed before our trip and after our trip.

I am looking forward to staying at her place again in the future and highly recommend her townhouse.

Favorite Mammoth Condo

Fantastic place to stay in Mammoth! We had 5 people and a small dog, plenty of room. Stayed here last year too, this is now our go to place for a Mammoth condo. Quiet, good light from large windows on main floor. It feels like home. Beds are very comfortable (subjective of course, but important). Clean, everything was in good working order. With the huge amount of snow in the parking lot this year we were a bit worried about parking, but didn't have any problems even over a holiday weekend. The short walkway to the condo is cleared every time it snows, at the time of our visit the snow on either side of the concrete path was over 5 feet high! Outstanding cross country skiing at Tamarack, we went 3 days in a row. We will be booking this condo again next February.

Perfect hideaway townhome for mountain fun

Clean, well maintained mountain home with comfortable sleeping and lounging accommodations perfect for 6-8 adults, babies and pets! Wood provided for awesome woodstove and hot tub just down the way! Cable tv helped us enjoy the Superbowl and informative owner Sally was always quick to respond and help out! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

SPLENDID

Sally's home was absolutely wonderful. It was even better than we expected. House was warm, cozy, gave that snowed in homey chalet feeling that we were looking for. we had 6 adults and doggy. There was PLENTY of room. Hot tub and sauna were awesome. It was right next to the bus stop that brought you the mountain and or downtown. We actually got snowed in "literally." The snow was so intense that they closed the mountain. Sally was extremely accommodating. She gave us great recommendations on snow shoeing and cross country skiing in town as an alternative. She is extremely kind to top it off. We felt like we were staying at our "aunt Sally's mountain house." Highly recommend it!

No discounts for 7 or more guests. $45.00 pet fee per pet. 1 pet allowed during the winter and 2 pets during the remaining part of the year. $150.00 damage deposit charged on all reservations. We have a personal rental agreement that must be filled out and signed by all guests. Children under 2 years old are not considered in the 8 head count for full occupancy. From Dec 1, 2016 until March 15, 2017 we do not allow split weekends unless you are staying for 4 days.
