Hollywood Beach / Perfect Vacation Beach House.

WELCOME BACK. We follow the CDC and health department cleaning guidelines. The PERFECT HOUSE Intl is your home away from home. Perfectly located near the beach and Downtown Hollywood, this private 2 bedrooms/1 bath house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 Queen bed and a single pull out bed for a small child).

At the house everything is provided from sheets, towels, washer/dryer to the dishes, private free parking is also included. In the morning, take your coffee in the private backyard and when you come back from a hot day at the beach enjoy the fully central A/C. You need entertainment, no problem, you have high speed WiFi, Roku, flat screened TV and a brand new Granit kitchen to make a nice meal to your guest and family. Not enough, well check out the near by Mardi Gras Casino, Gulfstream Casino and shops, historic Hollywood downtown nightlife with is quaint side walk, cafes, unique boutique, shops and galleries, Starbucks, Race track and don't forget the Hollywood Beach Country Club and Golf. Around the corner, you have the State Park with it's eco-friendly paradise (water activities and more) and 3 blocks away, you will find the Art Park at Young Circle. They have a children's play area with an interactive fountain, special events like festival, art & culture, activities, parade and live entertainment. Just take a look at the picture provided to you, to understand that you are already there. The house is also a great location for cruise travelers.

IMPORTANT Minimum stay is 4 nights, no check out on a Saturday. Note that one of the renter has to be 25 years old or older to be able to take charge of the rental contract, a liability agreement will have to be sign by that person and also needs to be staying in the house during the time of the rental contract. This is a strict cancellation policy. Please see the rules rates for more info. Also, it is a no PETS, a none SMOKING and a no party house. The Perfect House International was born when we felft the need to share the love we have for traveling. We also know that been away from home is not always easy. So we wanted to create a place so that you could feel comfortable as you are at home, but also have fun as you are on vacation.

For less than a hotel room, the all newly renovated house will be perfect for you and your guests. Quiet and in a safe neighborhood, the house is located between the famouse Hollywood beach and Downtown Hollywood. You will enjoy 3 Golf club, two Casinos, the Hard Rock Café, Margaritaville, Aventura Mall, Publix, Museum, the new Margaritaville and more.

What makes this property unique

The house is 4 minutes away from the beach. We have TV with cable, Internet access (Wi-Fi), A/C, private 1 car parking, washer and dryer and more.
No smoking inside the house please and we understand that you will be respectful of the neighbors and that you will keep the house as clean as possible. Ask for our animal policy. You will be given all instructions and codes for the house during our stay when the reservation and payments are made.
