The home is all remodeled with lots of travertine, sky lights, french doors and natural light. All closets have organizers, ready for your things. The bathrooms are clean and bright with blow dryers and other appliances. House has ironing board and all top of the line cookware and appliances in the kitchen.
Rental includes all linens, beach towels and most anything you would need. Just bring yourself and your bags to enjoy this contemporary, modern home that is well located in a convenient neighborhood that is very close to everything; 3 miles to Santa Monica and Venice Beach, 1/2 mile to Santa Monica and Brentwood, 1 Mile to Westwood and UCLA, blocks from the 10 and 405 freeways which will get you to downtown or LAX in 15 minutes, Hollywood in 15-20 minutes, Venice Beach or Marina del Rey in 10-15 minutes. Century City or Beverly Hills in 10-15 minutes. parking.
There is a guest house on the property with separate entrance that can be rented with the house or without for $119 per night plus cleaning fee of $50. The guest house may be rented to separate guests and they will enter and exit through a side gate and have their own separate yard area at the very back of the property. There is an 8 foot privacy gate between the two yards.
The entire property has wireless internet and cable TV.

I helped design and remodel the entire home in 2000 for myself and my family. I created a Jack and Jill Bath for my two children and a Master Bedroom Ensuite that is separate from the rest of the house. All materials and equipment are top of the line and the home is very comfortable. My kids are grown and I now live in Santa Barbara and come back to visit in between guests.

The location is excellent for visitors because it is so close to everything you would want to see in LA, yet there is plenty of street parking, and it is located in a family neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a great place to walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, The Carving Board, Oops Sushi and many other restaurants and markets.
This home is great for small gatherings or spending time with friends or family. The outdoor patio is a comfortable outdoor space for eating, entertaining or just relaxing in the beautiful California sunshine!
This house is in a great neighborhood and mostly very quiet. We were not made aware that there was construction going on immediately next door. Luckily they were not there the entire time. There were many problems with this house. We let Mary know each time we found something broken and she came immediately or sent someone to fix. There were many things need fixing and probably needs replacing.
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Whole Foods and Trader Joes nearby. House is very functional with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Large kitchen. Worked well for us and our college age kids
Good location! Comfortable, roomy, easy transition, slightly dated, we have a king sized bed so we found the queen small in the master but overall we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend it
Wonderful home to share with family. Very well equipped kitchen gave us the option of eating in. Spacious master bedroom with lots of room to relax. Outdoor area for lounging was a favorite.
What a wonderful place to call home for several days. The quietness of the neighborhood and especially the back patio area are just delightful, who would think of such a place so close to I-10 could be so refreshing. The owner was helpful in every way, answered all of our questions and I feel like she really cared that our stay would be just perfect in every way.
The spacious well decorated rooms were a soothing spa away from the intensity of Los Angeles, yet the many delights that LA has to offer are an easy distance away.
The kitchen is very well stocked with any type of cooking device anyone would need. Grocery stores, Whole Foods and Ralphs are just a few blocks away.
On and off street parking was never an issue.
Be prepared the moment you unlock the front door to ...be right at home....
We are just 1/2 mile from Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood and UCLA. 2-5 Miles from Venice Beach, Playa del Rey Beach, Marina del Rey, Century City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood. 5-8 Miles from Hollywood, Downtown LA, LAX, South Bay Beaches and more.
The location is very central to all areas of Los Angeles on a quiet residential street.

There is a beautiful Studio Guest House on the very back of the property which can be rented with the house if needed for $119 per night and accommodated 2-3 people.
