Secluded Waterfront Home w/ Heated Pool & Hot Tub

Bedrooms 3
Property type house
Minimum Stay 7 nights

About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

'Quiet Waters' is a spacious waterfront pool home that has been updated to top notch standards. It has supercomfy brand new beds and bedding and brand new furniture and accessories along with two very modern bathrooms. Our latest renovation is the brand new re-finished heated pool and a stone paver pool deck (new in September 2013).The screened pool area overlooks a deepwater sailboat canal and there are no neighbors on either side of you or across the canal for great privacy and solitude! We have recently added a brand new 20'x22' sun deck with 4 teak loungers and a Hot Tub adjacent to the pool area. This home is perfect for small or large groups that want a true getaway. The stars at night are just incredible!

Keywords: This beautiful pool home sits on a very private lot that is quiet and yet convenient to all that Port Charlotte has to offer.

Quiet Waters

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful snowbird vacation we had for six weeks at Quiet Waters. The property is very well maintained and extremely private yet the security features made me feel like I was comfortable and safe. The house is very well equipped with linens and utensils and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard is superb; we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and dock overlooking the canal. Port Charlotte has a lot to offer and we especially enjoyed the golf course, cultural centre and the Port Charlotte Beach which were all within a 5 mile radius of Quiet Waters. The sunsets over Port Charlotte Beach are a must see! We would definitely return to this property and have already recommended it to our friends. Hope to return in 2018.

Great, relaxing, beautiful, everything they said it would be.

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time there. Very quiet, yet close to anything you need (restaurants, shopping, etc) without being in the middle of everything. Went to the a beautiful Bch during the day & had a lovely nite on the property. Then in the morning able to go right out in the dock or for a swim in the pool. Really great place. Very easy people to deal with as well. Can't wait to go back.

Great yet Secluded Location

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed this property. It was secluded yet fairly close to grocery stores, restaurants and the local mall. The pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated and we found ourselves in the hot tub just about every evening. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and various sundries. Doug was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Hope to return next year. Michigan resident

Quiet Waters

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly as expected. Nice quiet location, yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Located well for sightseeing with lots to do close by. Doug was wonderful to deal with and promptly replied to several questions. Some poolside chairs were broken and when we notified him he immediately replied and new ones were delivered within two days. His main concern was that we were happy with the property. Relatives who visited one day were so impressed they said they would keep it in mind for a rental for relatives who visit. Sharkys restaurant which is about 10 minutes away was a favorite, fantastic seafood and prices. Also enjoyed The Fishery in Placida and of course Scoops for ice cream. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within 30 minutes drive.

Great Holiday Family Gathering

  • 4 of 5

We spent 10 days at Quiet Waters, very well named, very homey and comfortable, loved the peace and quiet and the bikes an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation and the front porch and screened pool area and private hot tub in the back were well utilized. Perfect for our family holiday gathering.

Wonderful House

  • 5 of 5

Went to spend time with son and his family. The grand kids had a ball with the pool, hot tub and fishing off the dock. In a nice quite area which we love. Played board games when it rained. Used the grill every night. Slept like a baby on the very nice bedding. Could use a few more chairs around the pool as that's where we spend most of our time. Would rent this home again when we return.
