This home boasts a beautifully upgraded kitchen, living room and breakfast area. Beautiful Dual master, additional 1/2 bathroom, outdoor heated shower, spacious yard, tropical palapa with outdoor dining and BBQ. 2 parking spaces & laundry. Linens, towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Just show up!

Beach is a short walk down the street. It is beautifully furnished with top of the line everything. Super private and location can't be beat.

Available Now. $300 deposit to hold reservations! $200 cleaning fee. Small pets allowed with extra deposit. If you have a small pet, please include breed and weight in your inquiry.

Meh

House needs some TLC, like a serious deep clean, especially since they allow pets. The smell of synthetic air freshener overwhelmed me as soon as I walked in the door. I found 3 airwick plug-in “air fresheners” in the space and had to unplug and put in the garage as they truly gave me a headache. The sheets were so overwhelming scented with synthetic cheap dryer sheet smell I found myself congested and itchy. I had to run them through a just water cycle in the washer to get the smell out. My husband was congested from the build up of pet dander in the not so clean carpets in the bedrooms and stairwell. This place has potential, as the location is good, it really just needs a serious deep clean, carpets removed and to stop using so much synthetically scented products in the space.

Winter get away in Leucadia

Great location, quiet street, comfortable couches and beds. The outdoor furniture needs an upgrade as does the rug in the dining room.

Nice place and great location

We stayed 3 nights - family of 4 with two kids 8 and 10. The house is in a GREAT LOCATION with a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The amenities were OK. Bring your own soap, shampoo, cooking needs. Not sure if there wasn’t live TV available or if we just didn’t figure it out. We wanted to watch March Madness games and ended up casting them to the TV. Host was very responsive but not flexible on the 10a check out time. Overall very nice stay.

Great Stay

The house was much bigger than expected! I loved how close it was from the surf. Internet was fast enough for two people to be on Zoom meetings simultaneously with no lag. I had some questions for the host; they were friendly and very responsive. We had a great stay!

Cute local family flare!

Great outdoor patio, comfortable sheets pillows and linens and beds. Large rooms and great location for walking or riding bikes to everything Leucadia!
