The Crescent Beach Club Condominiums is a nonsmoking facility. Guest may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

The condo was great. Everything was just as pictured. Plenty of space and everything our family of 4 needed. We felt very at home and have no complaints at all on the condo itself. It was a pretty secluded beach which was great and not so great. It was great for fishing early in the morning but kind of boring in the afternoon because nobody was on it. I am not sure if it was because it was September or if it is always like that. My kids were a little bored so we drove 5 mins away to the happening area and the public beach. We will defiantly be back and hope to one day move to this area.

The property was wonderful. It was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for both the room and the beach. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family of 5. My 3 sons enjoyed the bunk beds and sharing a room. The Condo was furnished beautifully with all modern amenities. The property itself was ideal. The workout facility was perfect to keep up with your summer workouts the Billard room offered hours of laughs and entertainment for everyone.
Clearwater Beach was amazing, to date one of the best family vacations. My family wants to return next year. the restaurants were outstanding the quality of the food and the cost were a wonderful value, especially coming from North Jersey. We tried different places every day, ( Brown Boxer twice, Cooters twice, Jimmy Iguanas twice, Palm pavilion, salty's and Crabby s) all awesome. The area has plenty to do or just do nothing at all.Depends what your looking for. A return trip is a must.
The condo was just right for our family of 6.. Not too big not too small. The beach was never crowded and everyone was nice there..
This was our 1st visit and last to this area. The condo does have 2 bedrooms, but the 2nd bedroom is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The queen bed and bunk beds are crammed in the room. The master bedroom does have enough room for 2 people. The living room has too much furniture in it for it's size and getting around the huge glass top coffee table to sit is not easy. The microwave door was broken and would not shut, we had to call 3x before they got us a replacement. The front door would not shut properly and you had to slam it to get it to shut. You have to use house keys to lock and unlock the door, and I have not seen this in all the places I have stayed since the 1970's. The complex needs a total renovation, it is dated. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. The shower was scummy. The closet where the beach chairs, beach toys was a mess of rusty crap. I have pictures but it will not let me attach. I would not touch a thing in it. Some of the towels were so ragged and 1 of the shower mats had holes in it. They needs to be thrown away. Master bed sheets had stains on it. Thankfully I brought my own pillow, my Husband forgot his pillow and the pillow he was going to use smelled, so we went to Walmart and bought a pillow for him. We were there with our 2 grandchildren - ages 8 and 3. You could not use any type of toys in the pool, no floats etc. If you made any noise at all someone would complain. If you backed your vehicle in you got a "warning ticket". One evening the security guard came up and said the guy below complained and said it sounded like we were dropping things on the floor. We had been gone all day and had just gotten back to the room. My guess the noise he heard was us having to slam the front door to get it to shut. A shopping cart was left in the hallway on our floor and everyone on our side got a "warning ticket" The pool was not cleaned properly. The bathroom at the pool was not cleaned as often as the sign said. I have stayed in resorts in 3rd world countries that were kept up better than this. The rules at this place is beyond ridiculous. It is not kid friendly. I included pictures with date and time stamp showing that the condo looked the same as when we arrived. Nothing broken or messed up. The beach was not nice, grey with trash all over it.
We are very pleased with our stay at Crescent Beach Club. We lucked out in choosing a location that was south of the extremely busy Clearwater Beach and Sand Key was a perfect location. We drove a very large truck down there so we had minimal choices for parking, but once we got our spot, we didn't move it. Luckily, we were in decent walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Backwaters, a wonderful restaurant with dockside seating which allowed us to watch the dolphins while we ate! :) Also the public transit system will pick you up right outside the condo to take you wherever you want to go. We had some issues with the thermostat when we got there, but TeemingVR was on top of it right away and saved the week! Great views from the balcony where we also watched dolphins in the gulf! Great pool area, great beach, great for fishing and looking for shells! Not very busy and crowded at all! It was perfect for us!!!

This property was absolutely perfect! I can't say enough good things about it and the owners. The view of the ocean and the beach is just gorgeous! The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. You are also just a few steps to the beach from the pool area…how convenient! The condo was just perfect for our needs - wonderful kitchen, well stocked; two bathrooms, comfy beds, washer and dryer and lots of room. We loved this place and hope to come back next year. The faucet in the kitchen was leaking very badly so we called Jeff, the owner to let him know. He had a plumber at the condo in a very short time and the problem was fixed! We appreciated his quick response to the issue. The building appears a little worn and dated, but the condo has a nice beach vibe and was very clean. We talked with some owners in the building and they told us that the building is about to be painted and the pool area updated. The hot tub was wonderful. Clearwater Beach is just a short drive or bike ride away where there are wonderful restaurants and great beaches. Two restaurants we loved: The Reef and Frenchy's right down on the beach. Crescent Beach was a little bit of heaven for us - quiet and beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks, Jeff!!
