In the heart of downtown Austin, this location will allow you to walk to all entertainment, restaurants, and bars. A perfect place to relax by the pool and enjoy all Austin has to offer!

This is a gated condo complex next door to the Austin Convention Center. It is 2 blocks from 6th Street and walking distance to 100+ downtown restaurants/bars, Congress Avenue, Second street district, Warehouse district, Downtown 6th, Rainey Street, Town Lake, and the Hike and Bike Trail.

Six guests can stay here comfortably in the 2 full beds (2-4), 1 pull couch queen bed (1-2), and 1 queen luxury air mattress (1-2). You will enjoy the open kitchen and living room concept while overlooking the pool, and have quick access to the outdoors.

Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, wireless internet, and a stocked fridge will welcome you to our home. However, many of our guests are so impressed by the location that everything else is just extra. You can't beat it! You will not be disappointed!

I love using the Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail right outside of the condo every morning! I also enjoy the pool each weekend. Most of all I enjoy living downtown!

We loved our time in Austin and using this condo! Such a cute place and very accurately described by the pictures and descriptions! Loved that there were snacks for us when we got there since we arrived quite late at night. Easy to get in and out and very close to downtown. We only had to use an uber once or twice to get to the other side of town for an attraction we wanted to see. Very pleased with our stay! Would highly recommend

Perfect location and nice apartment!!!!

This apartment is in the perfect location in Austin. A secure parking spot is included which is a must if you’re bringing a car, as public parking downtown is difficult. It’s a one to two block walk to a multitude of great restaurants and nightlife and even small grocery stores. There’s a terrific and very popular yoga studio right across the street.

The apartment is definitely smaller than I expect d but it has everything you need. Jaclyn had it stocked with snacks to get us started and even plenty of adult beverages!!! The kitchen is fully equipped. And the pool is immediately outside the door, one floor down.

The bedroom has two full beds and there is a sofa bed in the den. I actually let my friends have the bedroom because the mattresses were a little too firm for me...I slept on the sofa without pulling it out and it was very comfortable.

This place will be my go to when I’m visiting Austin!!!

Perfect location, great owner, comfortable condo

I normally don't ever take the time to write these reviews but I regret not writing one last year. We've rented this condo the last two years in a row and Jaclyn is a fantastic owner. She's very responsive to messages and was really easy to work with. We asked about checking in early and she made the accommodation even though we didn't need to after all. Super easy process. The condo is comfortable and very clean. Everything is there to cook a full meal. We had 4 people which was comfortable. I think any more might be pushing it. The location is the best feature. Plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance (walked to franklin's BBQ and had a religious experience...it's that good) A small grocery right around the corner. Safe neighborhood for family or traveling. I kind of don't want others to know how great this place is because I want to book again for next year. Thanks again Jaclyn. Till next year!!

Clean Convenient location, close to all everything downtown

Stayed here recently for work conference in downtown at the JW Marriott. Two blocks away. So many great eats nearby. Easy walk to Congress street bridge to see bats at sunset, and access to fantastic waterfront running trails. Had a great time; loved having cool air conditioned condo to come back to!

Perfect spot, close, clean and comfy

Four of us spent a long weekend in Austin and Jaclyns place was just perfect. Very nicely decorated and comfortable with snacks and drinks waiting for us upon arrival (a nice surprise!). Very convenient and walkable location and a huge perk to have a parking spot for the car. We would definitely stay here again!

No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Noise violations start at $250 and will be handed out by the on-site property manager. Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, stains to furniture linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Damage Protection Plan to cover it.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
